Noob question

I've been off from the WII for some time so I don't now where to start.
I have a hard modded and after several software updates it is now version 4.3E. It seems it is now possible to store games on an HDD but I am totally lost on where to start. I have cIOS38 rev 14 on the SD card but am lost at what this was!

I have some questions to ask:
a) Is it possible to connect an HDD with a hard modded updated to 4.3?
b) Can you direct me to a thread from where to start?
