    Can i use sata HDDcase to USB

    Ok i got an old internal sata HDD 160BG i dont use anymore this is my question.

    Can i use to it in one of them case's to convert it from sata to USB therefore make it external USB would this then work on the wii as a western HDD works to play games off.

    Just thought this might work and i could save me some money, got holiday to pay for so cant buy HDD that i would like to get.

    Thank in advance.

    taking the 160GB sata to the shop would be the best option to match the right usb-case.
    u could check out the power consumption req of the hdd on it's label;
    be noted that one usb port is typically used for +5v, 500ma; as specified the same on Wii application.
