    It looks like this one is going to need the Wii Motion Plus to play.





    Red Steel 2 is the highly anticipated title exclusive to Wii system from Nintendo that will bring players the best sword and gun fighting experience ever on console.

    Designed for Wii MotionPlus, Red Steel 2 features unparalleled control. Players will pick up the Wii Remote and swing it freely as the sword on-screen follows their precise movement – and even measures the strength of their swing.

    Red Steel 2 is a first-person action game where players become a swordsman who finds himself in an edgy city in the middle of a desert armed with only a sword and gun.

    Ubisoft officially announces the content of the Pre-order pack of Red Steel 2, which will be delivered to those who book a copy in the weeks before the exit, scheduled for March 25, 2010.

    The Pre-order pack of Red Steel 2 includes:

    • An art book of Red Steel 2 of 20 pages that cover more than double of the game will immerse players in the universe through a series of drawings and sketches made by the development team.

    • A metal projectile branded Red Steel 2.

    • Four unique weapons to use in the game:

    The Tatar 357 Magnum: a perfect example of unity among the best Western technology and Eastern Europe.This weapon is used by Payne, one of the boss of Red Steel 2.

    The Barracuda 357 AMP rope Industries: the perfect weapon for the modern warrior. It is also the weapon of choice by the enemy's main protagonist of Red Steel 2.

    Kuro no Ken - La Sora Clan Katana Katakara: each clan of the great western states that possess any of these katana. The clan owns Katakara kuro no ken, the sword dark. His strength and fury of battle is unparalleled in almost as much as the power that is capable of unleashing.

    Nihonto Hana (the Sword of flowering) - the damn sword: the most legendary sword forged by Mitsushani Kusagari. This sword is a true masterpiece and one who has it is blessed by luck of the gods.

    Looks a lot better than the first 1 which I thought was good but very short hope this one is a longer game ,the first one had me sweating lika fuddermucker lol

    That is great and all but I cant get the first one to work on my wii. I have 4.0u and I have used wiiscrubber to change the alt. dol. (Only thing is that I didnt see a redsteel.dol it was only a main.dol.) Are they the same?

    I have Red Steel working on usb loader cfg, it boots with the alt .dol "redsteel.dol"

    So should I change it back to redsteel.dol. Because the only . dol i see in Partition 1 is main.dol?

    IT definitely requires the motion module, I have watched a video on the making of the game. It looks like you have alot of control over your sword, looks fun!

    I don't have Red Steel on my computer, but I looked in Splinter Cell ISO and the second .dol is in system folder in partition 2.

    Can't Neogamma load the alt .dol from the disc?

    well as for me i cant wait until this game come out as this one is more sensitive than the first one but i hope that we dont have to change the .dol usin the alternate ones as it is so annoyin...

    This looks like the only game I really want to play.

    Can't wait for it.

    Wii games really need to start stepping up to the plate and offer more.
