I know the pal game doesnt work on ntsc consoles. I also opened it up using wiiscrubber and there are a ton of copywrite/copy protection files within the game. It doesnt even state what ios the game uses.

it wont tell you which IOS in wiiscrubber as the iso is already scrubbed.
pal on ntsc is no problem at all.
currently waiting on a 1:1 unscrubbed dump that is being uploaded so the proper testing and experimentation can be done
