Mario Power tennis remake

I just learned that the fun game for GC: Mario power tennis is getting re released with all new controls to support wiimote. Its gonna be a wiisports tennis on steroids

March 9 2009 is the US release date:P cant wait for this:P

i assure to you that's the best tennis game you've seen on any console so far.

I played the JAP version. control are long to be the ultimate version of course and characters are not Nadal or Federer but it's the most tecnical tennis hitting the videogames world IMHO.

I can do every kind of shot i want. It's a little bit difficult at the beginning but of you've already played the cube version you will take advantage by the fact that timing works more or less in the same way.

I have been looking at this for some time now, cant wait to give it a go. I never played the GC version but for noobs I hope the controls pay off with the wii remote.

I'm now downl;oading the pal. but what I find strange is tat on demonoid its 4.4 and at wiisos its 1.7

So I assume 4.4 is the normal wii, and 1.7 the gamecube. What is the right one? I don't think alot is changed, so I would guess 1.7 but what is the 4.4 for?

Played it. It sucks. It's too slow paced for me. It's basically too easy all round.

An overall let down.

Kenji x if you want "more speed" you have to unlock "star" characters... they have stronger shot than "normal" characters. to unlock them you have to finish at least a championship serie (three tournaments of the same circuit) with a particular character. For example mario will give you the possibility to enable (with the button +) "star" mario in the select character screen.

And for people looking for this game: DON'T FOLLOW reviews all around in the net... they only bash controls when controls in this game are very good!
You have to train them a little.
