Thank for the link to google much appreciated :D I looked into this not to long ago and there was seriously no information except that Midway filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and that Warner Brothers took over the company. At that time the future of the game was in serious jeopardy, like I said wasn't too long ago, but this game definitely looks good glad to hear it is finally expected this year.
