Pokemon Platinum.

Hey guys. God, it's been awhile since I played a pokemon game from the beginning. Platinum is much cooler from what I've noticed, what with new wifi features and some story differences.

I moved all of my good (Read: EV trained) pokemon off of my diamond and gave it to my aunt. I'm not using anything under lvl 5 that I transferred unless it's wifi battles, though. I'm doing a legit playthrough :P

I'll download it. I legally own Diamond, so I will use Platinum for the few exc;usive pokemon, then trade them back to Diamond.

Yea i seen the 3 commercials on the nintendo channel I have no money so i have to wait till tuesday for my mom to by it for me Man i cant Wait!!!

i am currently playing it i havent played a pokemon game in about 5-7 years and its the same as all but still highly addictive

ps lets get the Nintendo ds section more active i just got one and want to make wiihacks also great for nintendo ds

I think the Pokemon franchise actually died with Ruby and Sapphire.

The last Pokemon game I played was Blue for the GameBoy Color.

I decided to give this one a shot and it's not bad at all. It's more of the same, but it seems to be packed with non-mission side games (costume contest) and quirky things to do (take your pokemon for a walk in the park).

Will it keep you busy? Yes.
Is it anything ground breaking? No.
Will it please the hard core? Maybe ... again, this is more of the same, but with Nintendo WiFi.

I'm not even going to bother battling online, there will be soooo many cheaters out there. Heck, I even have a save file with all 400+ monsters unlocked.

I don't think this will bring back the hardcore fans. The last games I really could sit and enjoy were Silver and Gold.

I played Blue, Silver,(Not Yellow xD) Ruby, Diamond, and now Platinum, and they're all pretty much the same. Pokemon didn't neccisarily die with Ruby/Sapphire. I, personally, like the new pokemon that are in D/P. Lucario is pretty cool, as well as The legendaries (and Giratina's new form).

On a side note, I loved FireRed, in that is was a direct remake. They should definately remake Silver and Gold.

The only anime I liked was the first season.

Yeah Gold & Silver Were the Best For me i hear make a remake of those (dusk silver & dawn Gold)apperantly nintendo people copyrighted those names no real proof though.. I am an addictive person i own all the rpg pokemon games From Red & blue to Diamond & pearl Update not getting PLatinum till Friday all man =(
