Megaupload has been shutdown. You can use the d2x installer to update your cIOS. Search for the guide.

I used the "Guide: Softmod ANY Wii" here on WiiHacks and currently am getting the error message "An exemption ( DSI ) has occured and have read i may need to reinstall the CIOS i installed in the guide.

I used CISO-Pack-V6.zip from the tutorial. I also read not to uninstall any CIOS as it will brick the Wii. My question is what is the process to reinstall the CIOS that comes in the Pack V6. I know i need to
format the SD card with Fat32 and do i then open Wad Manager and navigate to each of the 4 different CIOS Wad files and install them and then do the same for the 7 different IOS Wad files and install
    them.

Below is a list of the contents of the "WAD" folder contained within CISO-Pack-V6.zip

    1. !!!IOS60-system-compatability-test.wad
    2. cIOS202[60]-v5.1R.wad
    3. cIOS222[38]-v4.wad
    4. cIOS223[37-38]-v4.wad
    5. cIOS224[57]-v5.1R.wad
    6. IOS245[37]-v7.wad
    7. IOS246[38]-v7.wad
    8. IOS247[53]-v7.wad
    9. IOS248[55]-v7.wad
    10. IOS249[56]-v7.wad
    11. IOS250[57]-v7.wad
    12. IOS251[58]-v7.wad
    13. Neogamma_Forwarder_Channel _NEOF_249.wad
    14. RVL-cMIOS-v65535(v10)_WiiGator_WiiPower_v0.2.wad
    15. USB Loader GX-UNEO_Forwarder_4_0_AHBPROT.wad
    16. USBLoaderCFG - UCXF - IOS58 v10.wad
    17. Wiiflow-FIX94v11forwarder-DWFA.wad

Just to be clear i install files 1 thru 12 via an app i have installed called "Wad Manager" and when it asks where i want to install them wad manager has IOS249 selected by default but i think it lets you change where you want
in install the wad you selected. So do i load wad #9 and select IOS248 and then load wad #10 and select IOS249 and so on.

Or is there an automated way to install them automatically instead of using wad manager ?

Also would like to ask about MMM as it has something that i can select that will patch some of my IOS . I ran syscheck and it states mine are not patched as per the tutorial here on the site that
doesn't tell you to patch the IOS and i'm not sure if i should run the IOS patcher within MMM or not ?

Below are the results from SysCheck

    Spoiler

I was just viewing a video guide on MMM here on this site and i guess an easy way to reinstall my CIOS wads would be to place WADS 2-12 in the "wad" folder in the root of my SD card and choose the option in MMM to
install all wad on SD card option ?

MMM lets you batch install wads. Also, not every IOS needs to be patched. As for the syscheck, it looks good; only thing is you can update to d2x cIOS v8, you still have v7. Other than that, its good.

Yes i see that you can batch install wads via MMM or only have the wads you want to install in the wad directory and choose the option to install all wads in the wad folder. My question was is this what i should do to reinstall my my CIOS files that were
installed via the guide here on WiiHacks ?

See the list above to show the contents of CISO-Pack-V6.zip that i used in the guide here on this site.....

That didn't work, 11 files didn't install correctly -Ticket 2011. Tried Wad Manager 1.7 as per another thread on error messages and it worked.

Here is what i have now ( don't know how to add large amounts of text on the forum other than spoiler )

    Spoiler

I'd like to be able to change my Disc animation like i've seen in ModMii but if i understand what i read here since my wii is only a month old this may brick the wii as you should never add a theme to the newer wii system menu.
However it also said to never downgrade a newer wii system menu but the tutorial i used here to mod the wiii had me downgrade from 4.3U to 4.1U so i don't know what to think about that....

    syscheck looks good.

If you do not have a boot2 wii then you really should not mess with themes, it's just not worth the risk.
