If you brick and do not have a NAND backup, you won't be able to recover. In certain brick cases, a NAND reprogrammer (a hardware/software combo) can be used to reflash your NAND with your backup. No backup, absolutely zero chance of restoring your Wii (in terms of IOS only install of BootMii). You can make a backup at any time and as often as you want.

DO NOT CONNECT THE WII NUNCHUCK
-Play Lego Indiana Jones Original, complete the first level, make a save game.
Uhm.. I find it abit difficult to complete the level without the nunchuck :O
    Am I missing something?

correct me if i'm wrong, but i think you can use the nunchuck to complete the level.
it is when after you've copied indiana pawns to your wii and load the game again that you don't connect the nunchuck.

sounds logic, as you just normally play the game without any hacks at that point. So if that gives trouble, the game would be bugged.

Alright, so far so good, but my wiimote lost connection in in step 2, in MMM..
I've read something about changing autoloadIOS, but could somebody clarify that?

Or should I just unplug my wii and start over?

EDIT: I was abit too fast there.. I found it here:

My bad.. It's been in OP all along:
-sd:\mmmconfig.txt is set to AutoLoadIOS=57, I hope this works well for you
-You may need to edit mmmconfig and change to ios80, or if installed 222/223, 236, 250, etc to get MMM to load and support wiimotes.

Although im not sure this is the right way to do it.. I've read some other posts that autoloading ios80 isnt desirable.. Dont ask me why

If i updated my wii to the 4.3e and I have a 4.2e (with all the hacks) backed up in my SD card, can I use it to restore all the hacked options in my Wii?
If so, can i use the saved 4.2e firmware to hack a new virgin 4.3e wii??
