Try googling this file " BLC_Wii-ish_EN_002_FIX "
it is a backup loader with the error 2 fix and it is a wad that loads it as a channel with the fix in place.
I can load need for speed now but I haven't tried other games with the error 2 issue.
You still need the IOS to go with the games.

the backup launcher is an app so put it in the apps folder in a new folder. the cios is a wad to be opened with WAD manager.

I cannot take credit for this, Raiyu245 at GBA posted this however I thought it would help.
You can download the files you need here
Generic Wii Patcher 1.2
This is my step-by-step guide on how to fix the #002 Error. This is what I did to get my games working, though they are both Japan games, it shouldn't make much difference. Any pms on this matter asking how I did it will be replied unanswered.
Step 1: Open up the ISO you need to patch with WiiScrubber. For this tutorial, I have selected BLEACH: Versus Crusade.
Step 2: There are 2 partitions. Go down to the 2nd partition and expand it. Look for something that says "main.dol". Right click it, and you get the options to either Extract or Replace it. Select the Extract option. Leave WiiScrubber open cause you will need it in the last step.
Step 3: Now that we have the main.dol extracted. It's time to patch it. Open up the main.dol in bailli's Generic Wii Patcher 1.2. Go down to "Error 002 Fix" and under that click "Search". It should find it, then the grayed out error below the Search function will be selectable. Click that and it should patch it.
Step 4: I couldn't get Donkey Kong to work before just by patching it. I also had to fix the Language a bit. So to the upper right, there should be something that says "Console Language Detection". Under that, click "Search" and change it to Japanese. (You can skip this if you are playing Need For Speed.) Once you finished doing that. Click Save and save the dol. You're done patching, now we need to reinsert the patch.
Step 5: To reinsert is simple as 1, 2, 3! Return to WiiScrubberBack in step 2, we had to right click the main.dol in Partition 2 to extract it right? We do the same thing here except this time, Replace it with the one we just patched. If all goes well, it should do it successfully and parse the ISO. Once that's done, you can go ahead and close WiiScrubber and burn the game. If all goes well, you should be able to play your game!
Tell me if I may have missed anything. =)

It wont affect trucha signed games, Only updating your firmware would do that, Some games need certain IOS that would usually be installed when you update your firmware.
By installing these on 3.2 it gives you the advantage of the later firmware, Without having to use the later firmwares and have the side effects that come with them eg Not being able to play trucha games, or installing wads etc.

Hi. This is my firt post. Just new on wii. The forum is nice. I'm learning a lot.
Can i get the IOSes i need with this?
I wanna play punch out. It requires IOS 53.
So if i open the ISO from punch out and extract the wad under _sys, on partition 1 - update, it is the required IOS53?
I dont understand why its named IOS9-64-v516.wad and BOOT2-64-v2.wad.
Where is the IOS53 required?
The main is that i need the new IOSes (i have 3.3E firmware) to play new games. But dont want to put firmware 4.0 and i'm afraid of downloading a IOS corrupted on the internet and brick my wii. Can a wrong IOS brick the wii? Is possible to get just selected IOSes from nintendo?
I found the IOSes i need. Are they diferent for PAL, NTSC-U, NTSC-J Wiis?

Didnt installed the new IOSes. 38, 53, 55.
Punch out worked from usb loader. But not on disc channel, using DVD. Got black screen.
If i do not have the IOS, how could usb loader run the game?
