    Us

    I've having a similar issue where as I'm not being prompted to format to WBFS.
    After configurable boot loader loads, I can select a WBFS device (USB Mass Storage Device) and then it goes through a 30 second timer where it tries to mount the storage device. Once the 30 seconds are up, I'm given an error message;

    "ERROR (ret = -1) Make sure USB port 0 is used! Press any button to restart..."

    I've tried using both USB ports though I'm pretty sure I'm using the correct one. One takes 5 min to go through the 30 sec timer and the other is actually 30 sec.

    I've also seen in previous posts that there is a flag in a config.txt that I could try flipping though there are no flag options that I'm seeing in any of the included config files.

    Any thought guys?

    I'm having trouble getting cfUSB to give me the prompt to format one of my hardrives partitions to WBFS format too. Nothing comes up at all, only blank wii DVD cases. How do I get the prompt to come up?

    How many times have I tried to tell people to use fat32...... So much easier to use and then you wouldn't have this problem. The mac would be able to see the hdd.

    I am using fat32. I have 1 20gb fat 32 partition and 1 300gb mac extended journaled partition. It just doesn't work though. I do not get the prompt. My mac can see the fat32 partition and it's able to mount it.

    I mean have a full fat 32 partition that you put your games on. Don't have a wbfs partition at all.

    I was going to use that method but to do it that way I would need wii backup fusion to install the backups of my games. I tried to find wii backup fusion for mac but there aren't any websites to get it from. All the links I found were dead. So I am stuck with this method unless I can get wii backup fusion from somewhere. Is wii backup fusion the only program for mac to install game backups to the hard drive? Also do I have to completely format my drive to fat32 or can I just have a small partition as fat32? I need 2 partitions because I need one to be mac extended journaled.

    There is a link in the fat32 guide if you look closely.
    I think softpedia have it as well. This is the link in the guide and it is working -->http://mac.softpedia.com/get/Utiliti...p-Fusion.shtml

    You should be ok with 2 partitions.
