are there any games that WONT run on Fat32 formatted hard drive, ie because they require a different cIOS?
The usb loader itself needs 222/223 or 249 v19+ in order to "see" the fat32 drive. The cIOS each game runs from can be changed in the loader settings, it doesn't have to be one of the aforementioned cIOSs, therefore the answer to your question is no.

Did you test your wbfs file in your loader? If all works well then yes.

krank help me out will ya? i followed the mauifrog guide then your, even bought a recommended usb (verbatim grab n go 500gb) but all the loaders freezes in all most single game at the exact start (in cfg it stays in the dots ".........", in usb gx 2 it stays black and in wiiflow stays in "loading..."), in some games he enters but it freezes during it, i think during loadings, when i use dvd's only one didnt work "tomb raider something.."
can u tell anything about this?

Did you mark the partition as primary and active? It makes a difference. Check too to see if your hard drive has any power management stuff. If so, turn it off.

If you can, just to test the cios/etc, if you have a flash drive around somewhere (4gig or whatever) try redoing with that, and see if you have better luck with that. Easeus makes the process easy.

Krank doesn't come around very often. Also, you should know that even though Krank wrote this guide, that does not mean that the staff and members here are any less qualified to make suggestions and give answers.

That being said, if you still would like some help, I would suggest that you post a syscheck. BluPhant was absolutely correct in stating that it could be a cios issue.
