Hi I did exactly what you said in your guide but when I load the Configurable USB loader it loads and then it show me the wii home screen again without starting a game or whatever it should be doing? What did I do wrong? (i'm using Lacie 160 gb, FAT32, wii game manager, I got 1 game in the folder? )

After using this guide: http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-...d-any-wii.html to softmod, what more needs to be done before I can play games using my external HD?

My HD is compatible, is 1tb and has the file format FAT32 with music, videos ps3games etc on it.

Is this all I have to do:

Make a map called wbfs on the root of the HD. Use a program like wii backupmanager to convert iso files to wbfs on the hard drive?

Anything else I have to do?

I thought this was answered in the mod any wii guide. Yes you are correct in your thinking.

Maybe it was, hehe I just wanna be 100% sure of that I'm doing before doing it. Moding the ps3 was really easy compared to the wii... One million things to do and every guide is mixing bold text with different colors and different text sizes.

    Anyways... Thanks!

I'm going to try this tonight.

Question, if I'm worried about the drive eventually failing, can I back up all my backups on another storage drive I have? I have a 1.5 TB drive, but since the guide reccommended not formating anything over 1TB, I decided to purchase a 320 GB drive from the confirmed list.

    Any idea?
