Install Cfg from this guide overwriting the current Cfg on your SD card. When Cfg starts it will ask you to select a partition if you aren't using FAT32. Choose the one with your games. What is the result?

So what about what I asked you to do? We all know what your syscheck looks like because you told us what guide you followed so that doesn't help. Sounds like you haven't formatted or set up your drive properly.

    thanks but it didn't work

i have tried lots of settings and partition combinations for hdds and sticks
it only detects HBC apps nothing else
also wiimc plays movies from fat and ntfs!

all usb loaders see no hdd on fat or wbfs or ntfs with different cluster sizes
also cfg usb loader seems not to load the configuration file from usb, only from SD

does it look for spesific name or structure?
for partition name I use wii etc
    and for wbfs files X:/wbfs/gameid.wbfs

    from standard SD works
if everything work with SDHC I'll buy an 8/16GB and forget about usbs forever!

does SDHC also work for hacking stock wiis? or I have to buy both SD and SDhc?

thank you all for your time

    no I don't have one

Maybe the only way is to make backup disks
wii has so many problems with both sd and usb

You are incorrect about "so many problems with usb". All you have to do is get a usb drive that is compatible. The massive list of compatible drives is here.

    tried "Seagate Expansion ST320005EXM101-RK 2TB - Working"

    still no luck.

maybe I need any updates to ios or something?
I do not understand where is the problem...

HBC and WiiMC see every disk, usb loaders not
    also SDs >2GB give errors

You have all the cIOS' you need.

    1. Is the drive set as primary and active?
    2. Are you game files in the WBFS folder in the root of your drive? (example gameid.iso or gameid.wbfs)
    3. Did you remove any "bloatware" partitions on your drive?
