    222,223, and 224 provide support for USB peripherals like WiiSpeak.

    Anyone else having this problem? Or anyone know a solution. Thanks for looking.
    That light is for wiiconnect24. It's also known as stand by. You can go into your settings and turn off wiiconnect24. This will post a problem is you use certain channels like weather or news. They need to update/use wiiconnect24 and will not function without it turned on that I'm aware of. I had to turn this off as my USB HDD would stay powered on while in stand by.

    222/223/224 are just ios slots...what matters is the base ios used....USB peripherals will work with 250,263,244 etc as long as the loader supports/detects and the base ios is 37 or 56 and new games 57

    It seems your right stunner. Thanks alot. I do find it weird that it doesn't turn off straight away like
    before, the only way it turns off is if I press the off button on the wii and not on the controller anymore.
    I couldn't find the said option on my priiloader, I'll do some more searching then. Thanks.

    Go into settings and turn "Ignore standby" on.

    @Cile:
    I wasn't aware that using IOS56 as a base provided USB peripheral support. I thought it was just 37 and 57. I guess I wasn't quite clear in my post. What I meant was that the main reason people use hermes cIOS is for USB peripherals. I'm not sure if that is true anymore now that Waninkoko's cIOS's support bases other than IOS38.

    you right i was just clearing up a bit that it doesn t have to be 224,222,223 you can use other slots...yeah with waninkoko you get the same result with base 56 it works with all games except the new ones that need 57

    and its recommended by th eloader devs...mugotu,wiipower,oggzee

    If your priiloader setting doesn't work this setting is also in wii settings within system menu. Turn off wiiconnect24.

    @yurmy that worked great thanks. I must had turn it on and completely forgotten about it, I feel so dumb.

    @joostinonline didn't try that because I did what yurmy said and it worked great. Thanks for response though.

    Also last time I bother you guys, should I turn on the priiloader hack to block updates? Is there any repercussions
    due to it? will I still be able to manage .wad updates manually? I read the FAQ for priiloader but didn't see any of that
    being noted, so I'm trying to be "better safe than sorry". Thanks in advance.
