    ddking67:

The point of this thread is to serve as an instructional purpose; not for everyone and his brother to dump their SysChecks into. If you have an issue, start your own thread (if in doubt where, newbie section is fine).

I guess hbb didn't update the file neither did wiibrew anyways thanks a lot.
I will update the first post with 1.6.3 in the guide, instead of a link at the bottom of the post. Version 1.6.1 will be removed, it has bugs anyways.

Stomp, Had not formerly addressed you concerning the thread, but think it is very useful for alot of folks. What do you think of some gurus posting some system checks ( maybe with a little explanation) for comparison? Might help some folks compare for themselves. Heck for that matter, maybe even some cioscorp fanatics post their pride of configuration.

BTW, my wii console is inoperable now, or else I would just post one myself.

I had thought he copied his post from the Learning Center to a separate thread here as a point of reference in directing users in terms of "how it's done." Such a thread can get crowded awfully quick, especially without accompanyment of what issue a user may have. I often refer users to this thread, and if I don't do a line-by-line analysis, I rather point to Ithian's thread here to compare their reports against.

BTW: as an aside, for a questionable/screwy SysCheck, look to this post, followed by an analysis I made right after it. I'm at a loss for words on how this Wii functions re: SM IOS and revisions...

Cile, you think the addition of the updated version of homebrew channel (so wholesome by anyone's ethical and religious standards lol) could have created some issue that we will have to find a way around for newbie's and advanced users sake?

The new hackmii installer has created issues with this app when bootmii as IOS.

The latest BootMii IOS causes sysCheck to hang.--Winmaster 02:50, 16 August 2010 (UTC)
    source - wiibrew

But only sysCheck 1.6.2 is listed at WiiBrew. sysCheck 1.6.3 is updated to take care of the bootmii/IOS problems.

    i updated to new beta 6 of bootmii ...with beta 3 i had 13 bad blocks...with beta 6 i have 25

May be adding some links either to the guide or in my second post could accomidate a comparison scenario for ppl instead of them having to simply post and wait for reply.

Good idea. I see I was wrong in who's idea it was to copy his post at the start of this thread --- I stand quite corrected, Odd
