I do hope they get you sorted in the bricked section, my hunch is that you'll require a drivechip and something along these lines. But as I'm not an expert at recovering bricked consoles I'll defer to the users there.
As a side note, I specifically placed a warning in red lettering in the guide not to install stub IOS30 v2816 on a console running 3.2 (which requires IOS30 v1040) or 3.3 (IOS30 v2576) to prevent unfortunate issues like this one from occurring. I've added a second warning now above and below to further illustrate this point.
I am sorry that this happened while following one of my guides, but it also illustrates how exceptionally vital it is that each instruction is followed to the letter and all warnings are taken into account.
