Yeah so it ended up working...I think it's just because the games weren't 4,3 Gb. All the 4,3Gb games work but not the ones less than that.

Thank you guys so so so so much! I'm transfering money on my paypal today and definetly making a donation, you're making me save money, thank you so much for all the time you took in answering me, you guys are the best!!!!!

Sometimes you need to change to settings in neogamma to force your display or language, if it is out of region of your wii. The games that are less than 4.3 are scrubbed. You will have the best luck with un-scrubbed games that are in the region of your wii. Scrubbed games should work when loaded from neogamma, so perhaps try again but change the settings. If your using the backup disc channel from my guide that autoboots the disc, press and button after loading the channel and the setting menu will load, then you can change the settings. Usually only force ntsc or pal is needed, but there are many settings, I have no idea what most of them do.

    Hi everybody!!

Well, my Wii is another case of DARKCORP. It was already with DARKCORP when I bought it but now I definitely want to get rid of it. My Wii can't have bootmii as boot2, plus DARKCORP prevents me from doing other things like installing the riivolution.

Is it ok to follow the tutorial with my Wii current setup? Here is my last sysCheck report:

    Spoiler

I did a test with a SNEEK nand, it was fine but now all the channels give me a black screen. I just hope it is a problem with SNEEK.

Another question I have, as you can see in the sysCheck report, my Wii have some stub IOS. Is it ok to install a new IOS over it? e.g. IOS16

For all these it will say v257/v3094/v6174 when you download, but they are maxed to v54321 so they cant be overwritten -- thus preventing you from doing something dumb.
Now a newbie question There is no problem to install these IOS all maxed? I mean, it won't cause any future incompatibility with channels and games?

Thanks in advance and excellent tutorial!

I'm new to the forum and I think (not 100% sure) I may have DarkCorp installed (thanks to my brother hacking my Wii with a YouTube guide....) is it safe for me to follow this guide if I'm not 100% sure I have DarkCorp or will that risk damaging my Wii? I just don't like having something I don't even use (like those darn Korean IOSs).

Ok...my daughter supposedly accidently installed Darkcorp Lite on my newly soft modded wii 4.3u...now the DVDx doesnt work...I would like to uninstall but afraid because I'm so new at this .....THE USB loader still works but Im afraid of future issues. Should I just leave it be and not worry about it but I like having DVDX function .....Please advise.....Thanks

So same question for last 3 posts - @yo_dragon, @SNES_MAster and @Tim2good - you can follow the anywii guide in my signature. It will (effectively) remove DarkCorp. Install the IOS pack as well (even the bits that say "you dont need this if you have 4.3). You need them.

Follow the whole thing, beginning to end. Skip no steps. Do not use DarkCorp remover after.

Yup, thats correct. Re-softmod. And it will update (virtually) everything. When you do it properly, you won't have to worry about anything updating your wii, because updates will be blocked.

Thank you BluPhant for your response! I still have some doubts, but I'm going to ask them in your thread.
