    Spoiler

You skipped a step (3B). Also re-run the IOS70 overwrite.

After a bit of derping around and being terrified of mundane black screens, everything seems to be perfectly functional.. aside from SysCheck still freezing up at IOS9, but some things never change, I guess. I went over the list of versions and they all seem to match, in any event. Thanks much for the help.

I would like also to know what to do with my boot2
my console is an old one so it should support boot2, however it was upgraded to 4.3 before so it shows only boot v2.
Now I want priiloader as boot2 to have brick prevention, how can i address this problem?

your boot2 was update to v4 with 4.3 update did you reinstall it when you followed mauifrogs guide and did you make a nand back up....

Priiloader and bootmii are two different things....

You should search and read info on both

and yeah the syscheck looks like it should now....

Yes DARKCORP is removed. Do you mean the disc channel? Have you tried launching the backup game in disc channel? It's normal for the animations to play sometimes, but launching a backup disc should give an error.

Hello and thank you for your reply. Yes i meant the disc channel and you are correct when i try to launch it gives an error. My biggest concern is that with darkcorp 90% of the dvd games would play without a problem. Now i find myself spending more time trying to get the game going if at all when using neogamma, softchip etc. I fully trust the mods and people who help in this great forum and will not use dakcorp again. Is there a step by step or link that i can follow to get all my ios to the correct rev or standard for games to play or must i update ios one by one?

    Thanks for your help!
