It is better to keep darkcorp or to remove it to prevent problems?
My wii is connected to the net but it is not set to auto update.
    cheers
Havnig Priiloader as boot2 does not make sense. Priiloader installs to the system IOS. If you mean Bootmii as boot2, then good. If not, then not good. Make sure you have the actual Priiloader installed as instructed.

DARKCORP won't screw anything up for the most part -- just leave your console alone if it's working fine. Make sure you have block disc/online updates turned on in Priiloader and go enjoy your Wii.

Nope. Following this guide will screw up your entire softmod, forcing you hours of labor and suffering. I loves me the suffering.

    Seriously though...

They aren't signed automatically. The IOS which are modified were signed intentionally and manually by mauifrog when he patched them. Following this guide basically sets you up with a similar IOS list you would get if you followed one of his softmod guides and installed the Modpack and Updatepack from there.

    Nope. Your Wii will implode.

And the word going around, I hear, is a small puppy dies every time someone follows this guide.

    Spoiler

You have 249v14 (which always uses base 38), so download the second pack.

You probably are using a cIOS which does not have base 38.

Download the 236 installer on the first page, download the 236 pack, install 236, extract and run the 236 pack. This way you don't need to alter your 249/250 install.

If you need help installing 236 search for the guide.
