does IOS 15 make it any diff, if they were enabled or disabled?
That's normal them being disabled. It wouldn't make a difference unless you try to load homebrew off that IOS (which no one would do anyway).

Not a problem. That's what the board is here for. Cheers.

That is some amazing work! Great job on the guide. I know it will come useful for some of those "I installed cioscorp and it fix my wii" posts that I have seen.

For step 3a you should move the mIOS on this list from the bottom to the top, as it's before all of the other ones in DOP-Mii.

EDIT: Also right under 3d you tell Korean users to go to section 5, when you really mean section 4.

Instructions at the top of [3d] are for NTSC-K users and accurately labelled. Section [4] is for region-changed 4.2 Korean users only.

As a fellow mac user the absolute best suggestion I can make is to buckle down and use windows through bootcamp or a virtual environment like parallels or vmware. When it comes to softmodding macs got left pretty far behind.

Barring that option make sure your console's internet is initializing in HBC. You can do this by watching the little icon in the bottom right to stop flashing and stay lit (click it to turn it on if it doesn't). If that won't initialize check out your internet settings.

If none of that works or is an option you may need to borrow a friend's computer for a few minutes to download everything.

Wii bought in China. It is a Korean Wii (serial number LKM*****). Was told no hardmod was done (no chip put, or DVD drive changed).

Ran system check with DOP-Mii v2:
    "DOP-Mii Report"
    "Region", North America (U)
    "Hollywood Version", 0x21
    "Wii Unique DeviceID", ******

IOS Version, FakeSign, ES_Identify, NAND, Flash
    "250 (v65535)",Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Disabled
    "249 (v15)",Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Disabled
    "223 (v65535)",Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Disabled
    "222 (v65535)",Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Disabled
    "61 (v4890)",Disabled,Disabled,Disabled,Disabled
    "60 (v65535)",Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Disabled

    "41 (v65535)",Enabled,Disabled,Disabled,Disabled
    "40 (v65535)",Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Disabled
    "38 (v65535)",Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Disabled
    "37 (v65535)",Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Disabled

    "21 (v65535)",Enabled,Disabled,Disabled,Disabled
    "20 (v65535)",Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Disabled
    "17 (v65535)",Enabled,Disabled,Disabled,Disabled
    "15 (v257)",Enabled,Enabled,Enabled,Enabled

Channels currently installed are Disc Channel, USB Loader CFG v53, the Homebrew Channel (1.0.6 IOA61 v19.26), Mii, Photo 1.1, Shop, Internet, and Weather Forecast. Mii and Weather Forecast channel does not work. It loads, shows a black screen, then goes back to Wii Menu. Shop Channel not working due to User Agreement not accepted. All else works. As advised by Tealc, Mii issue possibly due to cIOSCORP installed (http://www.wiihacks.com/wiihacks-new...tml#post328240). I play all games using USB Loader CFG so have no use for cIOSCORP. I just would like to get my Mii Channel working.

Before I proceed using your guide, would like to be fully prepared with as much information as possible and know what I am doing. I don't have Bootmii installed, and my Wii is newer version so no boot2. Checked to see if Priiloader is installed (started Wii while 'Reset' button was pressed and Wii started with health/safety warning) so assuming none. I will install Priiloader_v0_3b.zip per step 2b once I'm confident I want to do this.

    Questions:
    Step 3a:
    - I do not have MIOS, IOS12, IOS13, IOS14, IOS22, IOS31, IOS34. Do I need to install this?
    - Do i need to replace my IOS15 v257 with your mentioned IOS15 v523?
    - "Some of these will ask to apply certain patches (Trucha/ES_Id/NAND) after step C. Press A if you want to apply them, B if you don't." I am not sure if I should apply certain patches. Could you advice what patches needed or not needed for specific IOS?

    Step 3c:
    - I do not have IOS70. Do I need to install this?

    Step 3d:
    - I am confused as to whether my Wii is NTSC-K or not. It is running on 4.0U North America Region. So do I proceed with this step and remove the 6 IOS (all 6 mentioned IOS are found in my Wii with v65535)?

There are 4 more IOS from my Wii that is not changed/updated/removed:
    - IOS249 v15
    - IOS223 v65535
    - IOS222 v65535
    - IOS61 v4890
Any actions need to be done for these 4 IOS?
