Not sure if this was asked, but is there a way to prevent Sneek from being launched on a Boot2 Wii (as in only accessible by IOS via Homebrew Channel)? And I need a way to send my nand.bin directly to my computer to the Wii as my SD Card Reader is broken.

if you have bootmii as boot2 it will load up when you power on.....but you can use this homebrew tool BootMii Configuration Editor - WiiBrew it will rename the folder to ~bootmii so it wont load but everytime you want to launch sneek you have run that app change it back to bootmii.....

Create a new NAND using ModMii

    I am stuck.
I am on Using Sneek Installer To Get armboot & kernel.bin
The part where is says make new folder. But, where does new folder go? SD card WiiHD, Computer?
Also when I start up Sneek Installer I select Uneek+Di on the right, Browse for Sneek files (just going out on a limb here) and select the Folder I just created with the folder from the nand.bin file (import, meta, shared1, shared2, ect.) I then select "Get Files". A window pops up saying
"Downloading dimodule.elf", and then a error comes up saying Connect fail 10060

    Thanks in advance.

    2. is there a limit to how many things can be on the nand? only thing i can think of atm for why I cant get it going, currently goes to the "press a to continue" first screen, i press a, then it sits at a black screen

I recently softmodded my wii using the softmod for any 4.2 wii. I now have acquired wiiware files that are listed as *.wad. Am I in the right tutorial section? Should I follow this tutorial? How do I load these files from the external hdd and not the sd card?

    UNEEK Crashes

Has anyone gotten UNEEK to work properly? Whenever I launch UNEEK, I get the following:

    - black screen on TV, Wii disc light continuously flashes, and
    - black screen on TV followed by "No Signal", no activity on Wii disc light

I have used the following four devices,

Sandisk 2GB SD card with USB adapter
    Sandisk 1GB Titanium flash drive
    Sandisk 4GB Micro flash drive
WD 232 GB "My Passport" portable USB hard drive (with a fat32 partition marked primary, active, and healthy being used for UNEEK)
Seagate portable harddrive (about 500GB, unsure of exact size)

The Sandisk 4GB flash drive gave me the "No Signal" error, the other three devices gave me the black screen and flashing disc drive light.

I verified SNEEK to work with the following devices: Sandisk 2GB SD card formatted at FAT16, and a PNY Optima SD card formatted at FAT16 and FAT32.

I have messed with everything I thought possible to mess with to get UNEEK working. I saw the "No Signal" fix for SNEEK on page 7 of this thread. I do have the file "ppcboot.elf" in the "bootmii" folder and I generated a new "bootmii.ini" configuration file using the suggested program. I made sure to attempt the video at both "NTSC" and "PROGRESSIVE" to compensate for my component cables. I found out from another post that "boot2.bin" was changed to "kernel.bin" for more recent installers, but I proceeded to download this file off of Filestube (after a painstaking search) and copy it to the root of my USB device anyway.

None of this changed the errors I was receiving. I even tried Cile's last desperate attempt by deleting specific files on the virtual NAND - still nothing.

One of the probable reasons these steps failed to help is probably because they are for an earlier version of the installer - 0.1b5. I am using version 0.6c. Again, SNEEK worked, UNEEK didn't. I was using the same NAND image, the one that did work with SNEEK, the whole time.

Anyone have any ideas? This might sound arrogant, but I'm thinking UNEEK might be broken in this revision as I have fiddled with it for hours without any degree of success. Any suggestions would be greately appreciated.

I can post a system check if anyone thinks it would help.
