    Us Thank you!

I was plagued with the black screen, when trying to load SSBB.
I used the usb loader to load my original disk on my usb drive. So I never had to utilize the Wii WBFS Manager. I just loaded the ios's in part b of the tutorial. And everything is working great!!
My son and I,Thank you for your help!

    Smile Thanks!

After trying everything to get SSBB to work without getting the black screen after the Kirby vs. Mario battle, and I am pleased to say that your tutorial was the answer.

Advise to everyone else trying to get SSBB to work. Start at the top and make sure you complete every step in this tutorial and you will get your's working too!

    Thanks DJShotz!

What worked for me: USB Loaser GX, ios38 rev 17, Hermes v4 (followed your tutorial using WiiBackupManager to add older iso file that was "installed" prior to the release of ios38 rev 14).

Try doing Part B of this tutorial. Your IOS 222 might not be merged. Merging the IOS as stated "Use IOS 38 merged with IOS 37". If you have a previous version of IOS 222 already installed it's ok, doing another install over it will overwrite it.

To the rest of you I'm glad my tutorial has been a great help and I will probably expand it further to include such games as Red Steel 2 and Monster Hunter Tri in the very near future when I get the games. Enjoy!

Update: Added Red Steel 2 and Monster Hunter Tri

Sorry for the long delay, I've been busy with getting done with my degree but anyway.

The adventure mode running in slow motion could be 1 of 2 things:

1.) The hard drive could be not so compatible with the Wii for example the reads the Wii makes on the hard drive is slow which can in turn in slow motion playing of some games. So my questions here would be:

Did you check the Wii Hardrive Compatibility List? If not check it out here.

    or

Have you had this problem with any other games? If you have try another hard drive with the same ISO file then you will be able to determine if it's the hard drive or possibly the bad ISO copy.

2.) Could just be a bad copy of the ISO. My questions here would be:

Did you download this game? If so you might want to try another download.

    or

Did you rip this game from an original disk? If so try to rip it again.
