I fully told you how to get this game working. Either use configurable usb-loader (or try figuring out which of the many wiiflow mods works best, the original wiiflow definitely does not support this game as it was discontinued long before the game came out) or if you hex edit the main.dol of the ISO it will work in all usb-loaders.

OP is only going to install cios rev 17 in slot 249 and rev 20(57) in 250. Best of both worlds then. Then he can see if this works with his system.... If not he can always go back to rev 19... As I said I had the game he is talking about working in wiiflow.......

the cIOS you recommend installing has nothing to do with getting this game to work or not (afaik)... if u want to fix the game by just changing a cIOS, you can use hermes 222v5.1, since he changed the names of some of the keywords PoP searches for to determine if the game is running off a cIOS (and since cIOS keywords are not found, the game thinks its legit and doesn't crash)

to get it working via a usb-loader, u can do many things, but what u are suggesting isn't one of them. You can...
-use an alt-dol, where the main.dol has been hex edited
-use a *.wip patch, although I don't think one was successfully made for this game... not sure, I know people were working on it
-use a usb-loader that has the patch built in, like configurable usb-loader. If wiiflow also has this patch built in, please tell the OP what exact version you are using, because as I've mentioned earlier, wiiflow hasn't been officially supported by its original creator for a looooooong time. And I've heard from many respected people that ever since the last official release by the original developer, all the releases thereafter have been buggy... I'm sure there have must have been a few good revs/mods of wiiflow since then, but just tell the OP which one you recommend since the latest version isn't necessarily the best when it comes to wiiflow or usbloader gx (fyi, historically the most recent release of configurable usbloader has always been the most stable).
-hex edit the main.dol of the ISO according to the WiiCrazy's instructions that I linked to earlier. This is probably the best solution because then the game will work with all loaders, and it only takes 2 minutes to do.

Also, if you are going to recommend cIOS rev20, I think it would be better to recommend using base 56 instead of base 57.
    -base 57 = faster usb-loading
-base 37 = good for games using peripherals, like guitar hero games
    -base 56 = combined the pro's of base 57 and 36

So instead of recommending cios rev 17 in slot 249 and rev 20(57) in 250, I think you should be recommending cios rev 17b in slot 249 and rev 20(56) in 250.

Just my 2 cents... I'm glad to see u helping people out, keep it up

Rev 17b? Didnt know that existed

Well I didnt have to use a patches for this game mentioned and it was also using the older version of wiiflow. But what I have suggested will not harm the op... rev 20 was brought out and some bugs were fixed so I cant see the harm of having rev 20 base 57 and rev 17 base 38 or even as mauifrog has in his mod any wii guide - slot 247 upto 250 (249 rev17) all others rev 20 with different bases..... The thing is the rev I installed I think was R25 but cant be sure....

Sorry man this is going a bit off topic

    Version 4.3.0 released

    Changelog

    * Can now build wads for Wanin's cIOS rev20 with IOS56 and IOS38 bases.
    Recommended cIOS249/250 changed from cIOS249[57]-v19 and cIOS250[37]-v19
    to cIOS249[56]-v20 and cIOS250[38]-v20.
    * SNEEK Game Bulk Extractor now checks if enough free space exists in
the destination folder before beginning the extraction process.
    * Updated Pros and Cons of USB-Loader Options.
    * Removed cIOS202[38]-v5 and cIOS202[37]-v5 from Download Page 2.

    CHANGELOG v4.3.1
    ================
•Fixed bug in HackMii Solutions feature where the Hackmii Installer's boot.elf
was being saved to the root of the SD Card instead of MMM's boot.elf.
•WiiXplorer is now saved to apps\WiiExplorer instead of apps\WiiXplorer
to be more compatible with the Homebrew Browser. Downloading WiiXplorer
now also creates an empty folder ("config\WiiXplorer") in order to
allow WiiXplorer to save user settings.
    •Other minor Changes.

    4.3.3 Changelog
    • Fixed bug in SNEEK Game Bulk Extractor causing ModMii to crash when the
target directory had a space in it.
    • Fixed bug introduced in v4.3.2 where the Download Wizard did not download
a handful of files if the user specified their Wii is NOT a virgin.
    • Drive-letter/Folder settings now accept inputs with or without quotes.
Previously ModMii would crash if the user inputted setting with quotes.
It also performs a check to make sure the Drive-letter exists.
    • The ModMii Wizard will now ask users currently on 4.3 if they would like
to download active IOSs. Most 4.3 Wii's should not need to update its IOSs
as they should already be up to date. However, if a 4.3 Wii has DarkCorp
installed or has problems playing original games via the Wii System Menu,
it will now be able to update its active IOSs using the ModMii Wizard.
    • ModMii is now also available in French. The French version will receive
its own unique French updates. French updates will probably lag slightly
behind English updates. Thanks to xav91 and ketufe for doing the majority
      of ModMii's French translation.
    • Removed Unrar.exe from ModMii as it has not been used since v4.2.8.

On a personal note, I will be away from gbatemp this weekend as DeadlyFoez and I have finally arranged to meet face-to-face. It's going to be an awesome weekend full of partying, so if you are in New Hampshire keep your eyes peeled for us in your local bars, we're planning on wearing "Hello, my name is XFlak" and "Hello, my name is DeadlyFoez" name tags. LOL

I will respond to any unanswered ModMii questions asked over the weekend as soon as I can, but while I'm gone there are plenty of other people qualified to answer your ModMii questions so feel free to ask them even during my absence.

    Cheers!
