So I'm sorta at a loss what I have done wrong.......might have to start over from scratch I reckon....doh!
If you follow the steps as describe in post 599, you should be able to play all the DLC.
Using Uloader with emulated nand CAN access the music store, BUT CANNOT download any songs.
From what you have describe "Music Store and shows all content as Downloaded but my song list has only the original game songs!!!", it could be :
    1. If the game load up pretty fast, you are missing the tik files or the tmd files.
    2. If the game takes about 8 mins to load up, it is the save files. Update as per post 599.

Yep - it still takes the usual 8 mins to load up but I don't know which part of the process described in #599, I am getting wrong. In Game Save Manager GX, I have clicked on the Rockband 2 game save that is on the USB drive (right hand side of the screen) and chosen "Install", then I escape outta that and load up Rockband 2 with Configurable USB loader which only takes a couple minutes and has quite a few songs listed as purchased but not downloaded. None of the New Content is listed as purchased or downloaded so I have even purchased one of the New songs. At this point I save the game escape out and load up using Uloader and get an error message saying "there was an error indexing add-on content. Please visit the music store and re-download an item of add-on content"

If I wanna start from scratch do I just wipe all my games saves and reinstall the wads or what?

And that is after you "Update nand save" with Uloader ?
"None of the New Content is listed as purchased or downloaded", you did something to share2 folder ? This is what happen to me after I run a program that "clean up" the share2 folder. I re - installed the Gen 5 wad and everything shows as "Purchased".
Looks like you saves are corrupted. If you have an older saves in your Bootmii nand backup, use that to update a new song and transfer to Uloader.

I don't have an option in my Uloader config for "update nand save" I only have an option to "NAND export save". I can't get my head round this right now.....if I "Install" my game save in game save manager that is located on the USB drive is that overwriting the game save on the Wii NAND? That is what I understand I am trying to do yeah? That way when I open the game using CFGLoader (using Wii NAND) it lets me download a new song which then activates all the content.....am I understanding this right?.....then once that is done I want to bring the Wii NAND gamesave back to my USB drive to use with my emulated NAND.....amirite or no?.......

    How do I start over?!?!

My bad, yes it is "Nand export save".
And yes what you have written is correct. That is the idea.
Do exactly what you have describe.
    1. Install save from USB to nand.
    2. D/l song from music store.
    3. Nand export save.

ok - so I deleted the game save on the wii nand and then when I try to install the gamesave from the usb drive in Game Save Manager it says "Warning - you must have a game save on the wii in order to install a new game save" (or something like that)......aaaaaaaarghhhhhhh!!!!!!

    **EDIT**
I've used one of my back up NANDS and decrypted and moved the songs across from scratch and I have all the music I had back, and now the Wii NAND (through CFGLoader) is showing all songs as Purchased (yay)....I downloaded one of the new tracks (My Chemical Romance) but still only have the old stuff on emulated NAND. So now I'm back at square one at least.....in the morning I'll start all over with the game save updates.

Ok - done that. Now I have all the Sept 28th music (Anthrax, My Chem Romance) showing in the shop as Purchased as well as the Bob Marley stuff in the store. It allows me to Download and play in CFGLoader, so all looked good. I then played a song and let it save. I then escaped out and loaded up uLoader, went to config and pressed "NAND export save". Then I loaded up the game. The old content is all available and downloaded in Qickplay but the new stuff (in particular Bob Marley) is not. In the music store the new content is Purchased but not Downloaded!!!
