edited link to pirated material
Question: Why do I get the error 204704 when I try to download a song in the Music Store?
Answer: You need to patch IOS 37. Run Trucha Bug Restorer or RawkSD Patcher.
Used to play my DLC using SD cards previously, but now I play all my DLC using Uloader w/ nand emulation.
RswkSD Patcher ---> RawkSD
Get the 2.01 version, there is a rawksd patcher inside the apps folder.

Are you using an out of region disc ? Or that your ios is very outdated / missing.
Block update by - Priiloader, Startpatch.
Or try launch game using external programs - e.g. Geckos., Neogamma............

Don't know if there is anybody out there having the same problems playing GH5 online.
I prefer using the NAND-Emulation. My Wii is PAL.
I followed the guide from Post#1 and all seems 2 work fine.
No problems playing RB2 online/offline.
But GH5 only let me play offline without a problem. Online it says something about an outdated catalog and doesn't search for players.
But... I figured this issue out.. at least for my Wii.
Here's what you should try when having the same probs:
- Install the GH5-WADs created with the pc-tools
- Start GH5 from disk and enter music store
- Download 1 (short) song of the newest GH5-DLC, BH-Import, GHSH-Import,
GHWT-Import and GHWT-DLC (i used "What have you done") to Wii-Memory
- Quit GH5
- Make a NAND-Backup and use it for NAND-Emulation
- Copy ONLY the 'big' app-files created with the pc-tools to their appropriate folders within the NAND-emulation.
(Skip the songs downloaded through music store ... see above)
- DON'T copy the tickets created with pc-tools
- Start GH5 with NAND-Emulation using uLoader and enter music store
- Download the 2 GHWT-Patches (this will take a while)
I think you should only use the music store 2 add new songs 2 your NAND-emulation, but haven't tried this out so far...

I have downloaded all Gen3 Files, but dlc manager don't detect my pal folder. Then I have downloaded 2 other dlc managers, but no one of these works.
I have manually copied the 2 .bin files of a song to my sd card, but rb2 says "Not to be able to restore dlc in wiimenu" (or sth. similiar).
Can somebody pls upload a pal .wad-file of the 3. and 4. gen?

I have the same problem except I'm on NTSC. Everything downloads, decrypts and wadpacks fine. Then I open the DLC manager and I point it to the folder with all the .bin files and it never loads any songs. I've tried using 3 different versions of the dlc manager and they all do the same thing.

What is it with people and jumping the gun on claiming download links are broken!?!? The link works fine! Click the big yellow/orange "Download" button.
Even in the off chance the link actually didn't work, wait a little while and try again before claiming its broken. Is it a lot of work to upload it somewhere else? No, of course not. But even I had people PM me asking me to E-EMAIL my Gen5 tools to them because my links were "broken".
