I have been trying to get Triforce to work but I keep getting an error saying cannot find title list. I am using a USB HDD and have dumped my nand(4.2J), I also have cIOS249 REV14 installed as well. I havetried the Auto-USB loader, but no luck I get the same error. It fails to read the titles in the title folder I guess. Mayabe a compatibility problem or am I missing something. I put the nand contents into the root of my USB HDD. Did everything this tutorial said to do. Still no luck. I was currently on cIOS 249 REV17 but installed REV14 instead since Triforce only works on REV 15 and below. Any assistance would be gratly aprreciated.

I dunno if anyone else does this but a nice alternative if Triiforce has problems playing a game, you can use WAD Manager to install the game normally and run it from a chanel and it seems to work that way. So if a game doesn't work using Triiforce and it locks up, just use WAD Manager to install it normally and it seems to allow the game to run correctly.

keenjeld, that would be installing the game to the Wii memory. That should give you the highest compatibility, but it also eats up the meager 512MB storage space the Wii has. This is what triiforce was meant to prevent, but as you said, not everything is compatible, so if you do have a game you really want to play and it doesn't work with triiforce, then yes, Wad manager install it to the real nand and all should be well.

As for the forwarders, I didn't make the forwarders and I have no intention to keep track of them as well as triiforce. I believe Smyers75 made the forwarders you are referring to? I'll have to double check this thread and post a link to them on the guide. The guide needs some updating too. I think I'm going to try and make the guide for both SD and USB, but maybe color coordinate the differences.

Seems like it takes forever on some games to create save data??? Is that normal or is there a known issue? In particular a game i just started "Star Soldier" took forever to create save data. I thought the game locked up so i got online and while i was browsing for an answer it finallay said the save data was created.

Looks like it hangs like this as well during any saving to your game data.

I have a game called Stunt Cars (pal) it took forever to start up and load and i found out that it was creating a save game file... so i just think there are games out there that just take longer to load and save....

I'll try installing the game directly to my system and running it normally to see if it makes a difference.. just to rule out things. I'll update ya'll.

Edit: Installed it to my Wii system normally and it took 1 second as apposed to 3 minutes to save my data.

The triiforce compatibility list online says that adventure island: the beginning doesn't work with triiforce, but it does. You just have to wait about 20-30 seconds at certain loading points but once the game was going, it ran just fine.

So yes, there are some games out there that seem to take a long time to load/create save games.

I'm also trying to update the guide, but it's going to take some serious rewriting to make it make sense for both USB and SD and not be overly long. I'm going to simplify a bunch of sections and remove some extraneous BS.
