Will give this a try later with my new Sandsik 2Gb SD (not SDHC) card.

Yes, although if you are using a USB device - just grab everything and bang it on!

Get yourself a USB stick if you can't get a drive attached.

Thanks, I was going to try that next. I've got a 500Gb USB HD setup (on loan) with two partitions, half setup and working for games iso's and the other half FAT32, if I can get it working on the FAT32 part I will be chuffed!!

    This is working good.
I didn't find any dol files in the triiforce_consoles.rar file, so I installed the wad files.
Are the wad files full Channels or are they channel forwarders?
Sorry about that, I forgot to include the dols.

    Here are just the DOLs
    Triiforce_Console_Dols.rar

FYI: The WADs are full Channels, not forwarders.

Any thanks should go to the real developers of Triiforce and to Triiforce MRC.
They did the real work, I just made a small, simple modification.

If you can't get the way Sinyk posts here to work right, SimpleFSDump 0.42 works just fine.

It was written by Nicksasa, one of the persons who wrote Triiforce

    Simple FS Dumper 0.41 - GBAtemp.net

Pay attention and use only version 0.42 or above as eariler versions did not make a complete dump.

The nice thing about SimpleFSDump is, you don't need to unencrypt the NAND.
    Just run and done.

It's unverified if it affects the lifespan at all but there is always a risk of bricking your wii with the constant installing and uninstalling.
Thanks, i'll try getting a bigger SD card and follow the guide when I get a chance.

What exactly is the "custom downloads" section btw?
Does it just modify the links previous to it, and can I just start off with it?

Finally got this working with my usb hdd. For those that might be struggling the fat32 partition has to be the first partion, primary, and active.

Is there anyway to change games or go back to the wii menu without having to hard reset the wii each time?
