    thank you for the instruction.
    I have D2Pro, 4.1U, HBC, neogamma installed
I am attempting this instructions and on the 2nd step, my black screen reads

    "Currently using IOS36 (REV 3094)
Select the IOS to load for simple FS Dumper: 36"

I don't have the option to select 249. what am i doing wrong?
if I select 36, it will give me error
"Informing Wii that i am God...Error! ES_identify (ret=-1917) Identified as SU failed, press any button to continue"

    help

one of the requirement to start this is to have "cIOS 38 rev14 or higher already installed" how do I get that?

I've just downloaded an IOS installer. I've updated the IOS 38 but during installation, there was an error when installing Custom IOS
    what does that mean

I also notice there is a autorun version, can i just use that and it will handle everything for me?

Sounds like a perfect project for the master of pic-packs, Twig123 to manage.

    Twig123, how about it??

as I said before, I got through the whole process, but when loading the wiiware, will become black screen or error message. Tried with Tetrix Party and Bomberman Blast

so I went with the shortcut and used WadManager to install the games directly into channel. So I don't really understand what is the negative result of this instead of this long process as stated in this forum?

The fact that your wii's internal memory will run out after installing more then 2-3 wiiware wads. Triforce loads everything from your actual sd or usb hdd device. Almost every game works with the exception of a few wii ware games.

But most people get errors cause they don't dump their nand with bootmii and don't use a program called showmii wad 1.2. Look at my previous post a few pages back and also page 6 of this thread to properly install triforce. I wouldn't use simple fs dump or wads2nand.

Update: I have installed every wii ware game and virtual console game onto my hdd for triforce including the new UNO game from pal region released a few days ago. So far only Bubble Bobble Plus, Space Invaders Get Even and Lost Winds 1 and 2 don't work for me. All virtual console games are working flawlessly so far, over 360 games.

Hi Wiiman10 and Sinyk. Tried to use the method from page6 but stuck at the step 5 (everything appeared to go well before this step). When I tried to extract the data from bin by running "zestig.exe nand-key.bin nand_dec.bin nand", nothing happened.

    Any ideas? Thanks.

Well, the command does seem to do anything. Find an alternative: Wii NAND Extractor by parannoyed at GBAtemp.net. Will post the result later.

if you are doing wad installation you need the wad of the ios in the root of your sd card. unless you are doing network installation, just be connected to the internet
