    I lol'd a little.

The guide may be idiot proof but triiforce itself isnt' and it can be picky with hardware and cIOS'

It's really a crap-shoot trying to figure out the cause. Running it from SD seems to be the most fail-safe method, but USB gives you more space to play with generally.
Strange thing is that I can use my HDD with Configurable USB Loader but it doesn't work with Triiforce...

It works on my Wii and my Wii is not your Wii, so I guess the answer to that is yes?

I've tried this a few times, starting from dumping the nand, but I never get past step 1.6 (using zestig.exe). It always causes a memory error with windows xp and no new folder "nand" is created.

I should mention I am on a cIOSCorp Wii with cIOS 38 rev 17 installed and I just un-semi-bricked my Wii (Using the "Semi-brick fix" guide). The zestig.exe problem happened both before and after I un-bricked.
I had thought maybe it would work once I had a non-bricked nand.bin but now I cant see a solution.

    Any ideas ?

    Hi everyone
i have a small problem. I get Sneek to work with a wii 4.2 and everything works great and i am still amazed by that. Now i wanted to try triiforce or Triiforce mrc in sneek and when i start the triiforce 82 i can`t choose the nand destination it says real nand but strangly enough i can chose the wiiware games but i get an error ret +1 and then it returns to homebrew channel. And in mrc i returns after it starts direktly to homebrew channel without doing anything. What did i do wrong? the apps are in USB and i have the sneek nand and another nand on usb but also other stuff.
Can anyone help me to find my problem what step is wrong? Thx in advance

Wow, this actually works! Great guide!

I had to try three different PCs (all running XP) to get zestig.exe to work. In the process I figured out that it was NANDbin-raw.exe that wasnt working properly on the first 2 computers I tried, it would output a very small file, when I tried the third PC it output 518mb or so and zestig.exe worked without hitch. After that it was smooth sailing. I dunno why it wouldnt work on other two but maybe a word of advice, If one PC won't do it, try another!

Again great guide thanks heaps! Battletoads(NES) rocks!

Just an edit: I have been able to play all the NES wads I have tried, but the Wiiwares freeze on a green screen, not sure why this is, but even without them its still a great softmod!

Yeah I almost shat when I was playing DKC2 and exited only to see the scary "system files corrupted" screen where it seems the text breaks up/is eaten away. Then after a second I laughed, realizing I was playing thru Triiforce!

Yeah so that WAD(DKC2 I think) would have fully-bricked my Wii otherwise. Definitely dont want to mess around with random WADs, unless thru an NAND emulator for example. Scary couple of seconds it was...

    Freeze on Wii Menu Exit

It appears the freeze on Wii Menu Exit is based on the game. Castlevania for NES seems to freeze on every exit. Anyone else having this issue?
