Yes, just copy those 8 folders that were created on your SD card after backing up your nand over to your USB drive (in the root of a fat32 partition) and then make sure that you either use the autousbboot triforce dol, or the one that lets you select to use USB nand.

I think you misunderstood me. I have successfully managed to load games from my USB HDD but no images are shown in triiforce_mrc. I've put them in USB://triiforce_mrc but it does not work. The readme says that I should put them in SD://triiforce_mrc but I don't want to use the SD card...

Yes it is. USB would be a good choice for speed of access but less portability as you have to unplug the thing all the time.
Not really doing much Wii stuff these days.

i am having the same issues as dutycall with this except i had already done the cios thing that fixed his issue... anyone have any other suggestions to possibly fix the "not titles found" problem?

What sd card are you using? A non-SDHC I hope. Have you tried the BootMii nand dump nand instead of the SimpleFSDumper nand?

make a copy of that nand.bin file (keep a backup of course incase anything goes wrong) and then go through the steps on page 6 of this guide to decrypt it.

just realized i think i lost my bootmii back up when my comp crashed a few weeks ago.. using the softmod guide "new 3.1-4.1 for any..." is it safe to go ahead and install the bootmii and run it as boot2 and create the nand back up without affecting any of the items on my wii now?

I recreated a nand and then when i started following the guide on page 6 i get to the final step to extract the data and zestig.exe pops up with an encountered error and it doesn't create the folder nand

    Works on 3.2U

I followed your guide, except installing the forwarder, booting from HBC 1.0.1. I installed 27 WiiWare games to SD card, downloaded the first images pack from GBA, and about half of the games had images, probably have to hunt down the missing ones. I'm sure it's in the thread, I'll have to go back and look, but all the wads installed on my Wii dashboard are showing up on my Triiforce menu??? Probably from when I did the NAND dump.

This tutorial worked on the first try in just a few minutes, besides waiting for the NAND dump. Thanks Sinyk,

    EDIT - I used a 2GB Sandisc SD card.
