Which (SD) dol should I be using? I've seen a few floating around and the only 'official' beta 7 I could find (the one I got working) was for USB.

EDIT: I wasn't using MRC, Just Triiforce Beta7 - Not really clear on what the difference with MRC is?

The one I am talking about is the Auto SD in Triiforce_Pack_R2.2 - updated Jan 20th. which is at the start of this thread....
    [ 4.0U ]-[ cIOS 38 r17 ]-[ Priiloader 0.3b (rev48)]-[ BootMii as boot2 ]-[ HBC 1.0.8 ]-[ WiiFlow 2.2 r414 ]-[ Triiforce MRC SS v10b ]-[ Savegame Manager GX r79 ] [UAE Wii/Snes9x GX/Wii64/SDL MAME Wii/DOSBox Wii/GxGeo ]

It is said an expert is someone who has made all the mistakes. I don't want to be a Wii expert then..thanks to everyone at WiiHacks

I'll give it another go. Might try "- Original Triiforce Forwarder - Use this if booting triiforce from an SD card." from the first post as well as re-formatting the SD card using the SD formatter tool I've got hold of today. Fingers Crossed. Tricky program this one.

    Someone help me out here.

I've been trying to make this work for so long now, and I think it's impossible. I've tried just about every option, now all I can do is use the forum. I have:

    - Working SD version, working nand, no problem
    - Not working USB version. I can boot it up, even using my USB HDD, but I get the error: "I can't get title list". Every single time.
    - cIOS38 rev14 installed on IOS249
    - Same nand as SD version on USB root, did not work, have tried to dump new ones with SFSD etc. No nand has been able to load off the USB HDD.
    - 1 TB Verbatim external hard drive, formatted to Fat32 ACTIVE partition, partition no 1 of 3 partitions: FAT32, NTFS and WBFS.

Probably the hard drive, have heard people having issues with the verbatim and the seagate trying to do other things.

Thanks for quick reply, and that's what I'm thinking as well. But there's no researching my problem and/or fixing it further? If I'd just get a definitive answer on this I'd be able to stop trying to make it work.

Try what I suggested before. Use a USB stick and use the USB app. I am sure that will work. Then you can keep scratching your scalp off, as I cannot get it to work on second paritions. But others have !!!

Guess it'd work, but unfortunately, I have no USB stick here, so I wouldn't know...

I think it's all the HDD's fault. It seems it just can't be read properly. Curious, because it works flawlessly with anything else I have on the Wii.

You have to try other things to eliminate the problem, this is how any science works. You need more than one test subject (usb device) and you need to try variations in the methods to make certain of where the problem is.

Yeah, well, as I've said, I've tried with the SD card and the nand, so the nand is fine. I've tried different revs, dumps, partitions, versions of Triiforce. I know I should test with a different USB device as well, but that's just not possible at the moment. The method of elimination has definitely been applied here, and as it is now, it must be the USB device. I'll just check in on this thread often, and try to get my hands on another USB device to test.

Speaking of science, my problem is now recorded online, so that's obviously great if I manage to find a solution, so others who get the error message can check it out... That's something that would help me, because oddly, "I can't get title list" doesn't seem to be so common.
