I am jealous.. Using an app or forwarder for triiforce?
And your HBC is accessing the fat32 partition fine?

i am using the triforce forwarder. as soon as i set the fat32 partition to active it works fine. tried it this morning and still no major problems. my hdd freezes up a bit but i've had it for over 3yrs. i'll be setting up my friends wii some time this week. i post back if it is also a success running it off the hdd.

I tried looking up uneek and Sneek+DS (or something like that) this morning but couldn't find much real info (in particular, a basic overview of what is). All that I found was the google code repository and some articles here and elsewhere detailing how to compile it. While I can surely handle that, what I really want to know is what is it!?

Can someone reply with a link to a REAL FAQ (or WIKI, or something) that tells a layman what it is, the quick way to install it (I.E. is compiling it required?), how it differs from sneek (and Triiforce mrc), and what is broken or still in development?

I tried reading over the posts I found and Google repository but got lost in the bug reports and such...

    TIA!

Also, is there a limit to the number of games Triiforce mrc will show? I have hundreds of WADs installed and I've noticed the newest ones I added with showmiiwads aren't there in Triiforce! They seemed to install fine, Triiforce is just ignoring them (or something)...

I've been trying a few days to get this going without any luck. I'm using cIOS38v17 and I've done two NAND dumps, one before modding my Wii (only homebrew channel and bootmii) and the other with the current setup with stubs removed, cIOS38v17 and priiloader installed. This is a 4.2E unit btw.
I'm using beta7 and have installed ~7 titles into the NANDS with showmiiwads and they appear in the NAND view on this application.
Each time I load Triiforce either via the forwarder or the HBC it gives me the same "*ERROR: no titles found"
I'm using the auto-SD version and the SD card is not an SDHC, and it formatted to FAT32 with a single active partition.
The only change I've managed to this behaviour was when I initially had mistakenly put the NAND into a folder called NAND on the SD, which gave the error "*ERROR: i can't find title list"
So I've tried 2 NAND dumps with bootmii, both decrypted and reinstalled the games and seen nothing beyond "*ERROR: no titles found"

Try copying it all to a USB stick and use the USB app. Just to see. Then you can do some elimination....good luck

Now that's not a bad idea at all, I have an SD>USB adapter I've been using to actually put the stuff onto the SD so I'll give it a crack

that might be a little confusing for the wi, no harm in trying though. I am talking about a USB stick in usb slot 1.

I've got it to work now by copy/pasting the entire contents of the SD card onto a friend's USB hard drive formatted as FAT32 and set to active. Unfortunatly I do have to give it back, but at least I know my NAND dump is 100% fine. I was using beta 7 of triiforce when I got it working, I'm guessing MRC is a mod of the original beta is that right?
So really all I need is a working .dol that will boot from the SD card now. Which should I be using? Is it possible that the SD card I'm using just isn't being liked? I could try getting another one and again copy/pasting the whole contents

I know that the SD forwarder works though, it could be your SD card.....maybe!
