I used WBFS Manager to transfer the a patched Qwiif release of NSMBWii (which had 674MB)... but as soon as WBFS loads the rar files, he recognizes it as a 4,13GB file!
When I transfer it to my Kingstone pendrive, the file is 4,13GB. Isn't WBFS Manager supposed to keep the ISOs scrubbed?
Perfect!! Been looking for a nice one to follow' am try out' thanx for your time on makeing this,
Got the games to load up with neogrammer i had install already' you said:
'Homebrew apps and USB Loader files can be stored on the FAT partition of the HDD instead of an SD card'
How do i do this?
I l Left 2gig in fat
Right Day 2..... considered moving to a Bungelow, then the jump out the window wont hurt so much.
I formatted the dive last night took a longggggggggggggggg time
Then did the disc check, again a longgggggg time.
This Is what Im doing, step by step, If you spot anything wrong please let me know.
So now In Windows disc management I have a 931 GB Unallocated drive
When I right click on It I get ...... New Partition, Properties or Help
Click on New Partition, New Partition Wizard box opens, click next
Select Partion type Primary or Extended, select Primary, click next
Specify partition size box opens ...
Maximum partition 953867 minumum 8 GB 953867 highlighted In box
I select 500000 click next, assign drive letter or path box I pick a letter and clck next.
Format partition box, do not format, or format, when on format only get option to format In NTFS, allocation size default
Now In the guide It says dont format, so I cick on dont format this partition, all options blank out, click next complete new partition wizard box, click finish
Now I have the drive (T) 488.28 Healthy 443.23 Unallocated
Right click on (T) Open, Explore, Mark partition as active, change drive letter, format, delete partition, properties, help
I click on mark partition as active, now In the volume box at top says
(T) partition basic heathly active
In the bottom box (T) 488.28 Healthy Actice, and the box Is shaded with diagonal lines, 2nd box 443.23 Unallocated
Now I open up WBFS and select (T) click on format and It takes a split second and says Its formatted, which It obviously Isnt, what am I doing wrong ????.

Just copy the loader gx folders (/images, /config, /codes, /txtcodes, and /apps/loadergx/... if you installed it as a forwarder channel) from your sd card to the FAT partition of your hdd in windows (or whatever your OS is).
When you go into loader gx next time you may have to change the paths to use for these folders to usb hdd rather than the sd card. This can be done by pressing A on the cog icon (settings), then find custom path and change them to usb.
The /images folder is for the game cover/disc art which loader gx displays.

The WBFS format does only take a few seconds, if you continue the the next step and add ISOs to it should all work. I think this format only sets up a file allocation table for the WBFS format, but doesn't check all sectors in the partition, so it doesn't take very long.
Ive tried that mate no joy, its doing my head In
When I transfer it to my scrubbed NSMB file to my Kingstone pendrive, the file is 4,13GB. Isn't WBFS Manager supposed to keep the ISOs scrubbed?
I had the same as you decribed what ever the instruction format show.
