If neither a USB Loader or NeoGamma works, then something has gone wrong with the softmod. Also, in the midst of these problems, do not try out the problem games until you get your normal softmod and USB device working again; makes it hard for you to spot the problem source. As you no longer have some of the original game discs, just try to install the game discs you do have to regain your Wii function.
neogamma works without problem for DVD loading, im gonna try Metroid Trilogy on DVD, and i can bet it will work, and about USB loading im trying something first, im gonna return my cheap card reader, i think it might be giving problems since when i tried to copy a game from the SD to my PC it stopped at some point and explorer showed the card as empty, twice in a row, then later i plug the card reader and it transfers fine.

I have a 32 bit system and I'm running on XP.

Is there any other program like WBFS that you can recommend me?

ok, i got a better card reader, now i have no problems to load my SD, i got back to revision 916 of USB loader GX (the one i first used, when all worked fine), but i still get the stack dumps, with the 2 games i have on the SD, metroid trilogy and monster hunter tri, does these "Exception (DSI) occurred!" and stack dump happens if u dont load the game properly? like correct IOS, anti002 etc?, or only because of revision or IOS installed?

oh and i created the savefile for metroid trilogy, and loaded a DVD with neogamma(selecting the correct dol to boot) and played fine.

another question, does the IOS u choose to install do something? can u re-install IOS or u need to delete them first? (never delete below 200, i know)

Currently, no. Someone's working on it, but it's been only a video showing it can be done (not released). Check it out here. You can via WODE, of course.

Thank you for providing your syscheck information; it was very helpful. I presume you had a lot of problems, maybe some false starts trying to get your 4.2Wii softmodded? I am not sure why your Wii is not more dysfunctional or even bricked. You have on your 4.2Wii both IOS60 and IOS70 patched-that was reported to cause bricks previously.

    1. A Wii using 4.2 system menu will be using IOS70; I believe both 4.2 tutorials on this site enable all three patches when installing IOS70, so I'm not sure why yours is not. You can overwrite with a new IOS70 using Dop-Mii and choose to patch all three options.
    2. You will need to install a clean IOS60-unpatched to avoid the ongoing conflict. Overwrite current IOS60 using either Dop-Mii or NUS Downloader.
    3. IOS249 is the cIOS installed with cIOS38rev14 or rev17. Your IOS249 is not trucha enabled-again an odd type of anomaly not associated with the installers on this site. If you already reinstalled then it is corrupted and you will need to use AnyTitleDeleter to delete ONLY IOS249 and then run cIOS38rev14 or 17 again.

If you choose to re-do your softmod steps, the Trucha Bug has been successfully restored to IOS36, so you can skip the TBR step. I would stay away from cIOSrev19-for disc backups use cIOS38rev17; for USB hard drive play either cIOS38rev 14 or 17 will be fine.

Functional non-corrupted IOSes do not need to be first deleted as they are overwritten by whatever version you are installing. You can elect to use the homebrew app Dop-Mii to install the IOSes and choose the correct patching permissions or you can elect to try to successfully complete one of the onsite 4.2 soft tutorials again. Bottomline is your softmod is not correctly setup according to the system information provided. You will need to establish a correct softmod state before trying to get the HDD setup to work.

ok thanks, i will follow ur steps and see how it goes.

for more info, i followed shadowsonic 4.2 softmod guides, without any problems, didnt have them until i started with USB loading, after the softmod i installed ciosx rev19 to use MH3(dvd) with neogamma, and thats about it, now with USB loading i installed hermes 222/223, but what i did before installing USB loader GX with info here was follow a guide(to use configurable USB loader) on some other spanish page that recommended to update IOS249[57] v19.wad y IOS250[38] v65535 and he said something about installing now with IOS 250 because something he explained, then i installed the old 249 and 250 from the softmod files, but they might got corrupted.

didnt work, so i softmoded again starting after u backup the NAND, results:
    IOS12 (rev 269),Disabled,Disabled,Disabled
    IOS13 (rev 273),Disabled,Disabled,Disabled
    IOS14 (rev 520),Disabled,Disabled,Disabled

    IOS249 (rev 17),Disabled,Enabled,Disabled
    IOS250 (rev 65535),Disabled,Enabled,Disabled
but i did have an issue with the softmod, when it was restoring IOS36 the "Hash Check (trucha) Yes" wasnt available, only the other 2.

and i still get the same "exception dsi" black screen on usb loader GX

now for the weird part, i tried for luck installing the loader as a channel, and took out my SD(to see if it was the issue), and i succesfully loaded MH3(ios223), then i try again, and fails, same for the other game.
