Thank you, messie, Sinyk, Favs, and acelister, for your comments and suggestions.
As they all were constructive and meritous, all have been incorporated. Took me a minute to find my tutorial-it's been promoted!

Sinyk-could be that huge file for WiiFlow is an impediment?

All I see is 8.5MB of awesome!

I did not install the full version with all of the themes. I can only use one theme at a time, so I chose the one I liked the best. Carbonik! Between the loader, theme and forwarder, total file size is 9.2MB. Configurable USB Loader is 3MB smaller.

The files for Ultimate USB loader are in... Spanish?

PS: The full version of WiiFlow has a file size of 97.6MB zipped.

finally, a guide i didn't have problems with. Thanks a bunch!

BTW, I have a mac so I couldn't use WBFS manager, but this worked perfectly:
WBFS for MacOS X on Wakoopa

EDIT: Idk if WBFS Manager does this, but the one for mac that I just linked to even scrubs the games! Awesome!

Yes, it does. Adding the game ISO to the WBFS-formatted partition removes the extraneous data bits including the update partition. Reduces some games considerably from a 4.37GB ISO. The smallest game I have seen to date is 0.11GB.

Is it possible to ghost image of the drive after all the games are loaded? I would like to copy all of my games to my new 1tb drive to get rid of all the extra space the isos are taking, but ONLY if I can ensure I have a good image of the drive before deleting all my isos.

WBFS manager allows you to clone drives. You can just do a drive to drive transfer.

There is a CLONE button located at the bottom right of the left-hand window. Use this to make a backup copy of your WBFS-formatted drive or partition onto another WBFS-formatted drive or partition.

    To slow, thanks Sinyk.

Ok thanks. My goal is to get all my games on a seagate freeagent 1tb drive. I want to create a 2gb fat32 partition to boot from and load wiiflow and use the rest for games. Ones everything is done tested and working I would like to clone it and setup and exact same system for a friend.

Still very new and still loading / booting from the SD card. Hopefully I'll be able to figure out how to get everything onto the drive and transfer all file to boot from that. If I can get wiiflow to work is it possible to unload the gx loader I already setup? Don't want my channel page to get cluttered.

I can't see why not. USB Loader channel/forwarder is just a wad so you should be able to uninstall it with wad manager. (Or you could just take the channel and move it to the end of your channel browser hidden from view!

Ok thanks, didn't realize that so many different loaders where out there. Man I wish they had this stuff back when I chipped my N64 with the SF II add on lol.
