Okay, figured it out. The games were in PAL. Just had to force them to NTSC in the menu! Thanks to all of you who take the time to post these guides. You guys are what makes the Internet great!

    Question Playing from SD-card?

Does everything that works from memorystick and from USB-hdd also work from the SD-card?

I'm about to buy a drive for my Wii, but i also have to buy a new SD-card and realised that maybe its enough with a big SD-card?

Cuz SDHC works on a 4.0+system Wii right?

    .
For the heck of it, I tried NeogammaR8 Beta 7 and it worked. I do like the simplicity of USB Loader GX though, wish it worked, will try different revs.

update: latest 843 did not work either. I wonder if it's because my iso is patched and i have a modchip.

Do you know why the game is only .34GB? when the ISO is 4.37GB?

All Wii games are different sizes, but use one standard disc. Playing off a drive eliminates the empty filler data.

Think of it as a good thing. Not keeping the filler means more games on the external drive!

    Gen3sf,

i wasnt around for a two weeks so didnt have time to test it all any further. But now i can say that everything works perfectly. HDD was a bit bigger than what wii supports. WII support HDD`s up till 1 TB so once i made 2 partitions, one og 1TB and other NTSF of 0,5 everything worked just fine. Also, i burned a PAL game and it was successfully loaded. So, i would like to thank you very much for all the help and suggestions. Great help.

    Thanks

4.x Wiis will have sysmenu support for up to 32GB SDHC, support by homebrew apps varies. If you look at the prices, a 32GB SDHC will run at least $50 and generally about $60-ish and up you can get a 250GB and up WD USB HDD for that price and avoid having to switch cards or discs in and out of the Wii.
