    Thanks gen3sf.

    Nice easy guide to follow.
I didn't bother moving the files from my SD card to the HDD as the drive's only temerary but I might give it a try when I get a smaller hard drive. Most of the games I've ripped whith USB loader GX have taken about 3 minuts (Tiger Woods took about 20 minuts). A couple of games wouldn't load in USB loader GX unless I loaded them in neogammer first. But then I can go back to USB loader GX and all is fine. Don't know why it would do that but I can live with it.

    Thanks.

I'm sorry did this really just happen? You're asking how to play a backup game via USB in the thread of a guide that tells you how to play a backup game via USB?

I suggest reading the original post again. If you're wondering whether the fact that your game is already scrubbed will make a difference, it will not.

Extract those files using winrar, they should then extract to a single ISO file and leave you set up to load on your drive.

I still have the same problems. But I did get USB loader to start up and loaded an ISO game file. But only get a DISC error warning... couldn't play.

Well, that's still better than before. As you had bigger problems, I left this for later...now is later. Is that HDD one that was previously used? Did you reformat with the chkdsk /r command before the WBFS format? YOur current problem I think is either a bad ISO copy or we are now back to the HDD that may not be fully compatible. ALl we can do is give you the best shot possible at making it work-so chkdsk /r to fix and lock out any bad sectors/clusters on that HDD. Then install from game discs to check everything out.

Your system is good now though, right? The Wii Channels work and all?

    Thanks for the fast response.

Yes, it could be the incompatibility of the hdd im using a Fujitsu 40gb sata slim version.
The channels are still freezes after 5-10seconds into it...
    hmmm

Im really lost. I have a 250 hdd western digital. I want to play both pal and ntsc games. I have half formatted to ntfc and the other half to wbsf. i downloaded 3 games but when i load it to play with usb loader gx, i get a blank black screen. What can i do? Are they all bad isos?

in disk management check that the wbfs partition is first and set to primary.....check that you have a newer revision of gx so r815 and above
