Patched ios60 question...
After doing the 3.1 4.1 guide by dogseggs, and installing patched ios60 to upgrade from 3.1e to 4.1e, wouldn't this IOS60 cause a problem with the patched one that is already installed?.
Really want to test out bbci player, but nervous about losing all my hard work to get it to this point.
any hints chaps, would be appreciated...

I'm struggling with this somewhat.
After unzip and placing the src folder, boot.dol, boot.elf, COPYING and readme files in the App folder of my SD card I go to homebrew and there is no app available to run???
I have successfully run Dogeggs 3.1 to 4.1 mod, USB Loader GX and Sinyk's Triiforce install, all with no hitches.
Need some help this time...
Thanks in advance

You do not place the boot.dol and .elf inside the apps folder, you place it inside its own folder inside the apps folder so it should look like this:
SD:\apps\WiiShop and IOS61 Installer\boot.dol
then it should appear in homebrew channel.
