Works great! I'm on the 4.1E and had no problems!
I have successfully downloaded IOS61 but then when it suppose to download Shop Channel, after successfully initializing network connection it gives me a "error making http request" message and goes back to HBC :/
Any ideas how to fix this? Maybe you can put a link to a downloaded content files of Shop Channel - then I can put it on my SD card. I think that this is the only way to do it...
Not really doing much Wii stuff these days.
I installed this on my softmodded 4.2U Wii. Works fine. Thanks author!
Downloaded and ran the internet channel after installing this app.
Just wondering, is there anyway to uninstall it?
And also, I read about the WiiSCU on the wiibrew wiki page that WiiSCU makes permanent changes to the wii's NAND storage. What are the risks?

Hi Guys, i've just downloaded and installed the shop channel and ios 61, when i access the shop channel it says....
"You cannot use the Wii Shop Channel because you have not accepted the Wii Network Services Agreement.
In order to use the Wii Shop Channel, you will need to access Wii Settings - Internet - Agreement/Contract and accept the Wifi Network Services Agreement."
Is it safe enough to accept this as when i goto the internet Agreement/Contract it also mentions Wii Connect24 which i have no option to turn it off!!
Thanks for this. I originally skipped over the IOS61 install as I was on a version later than 4.0, but got a black screen when trying to launch the shop channel.
Retried selecting Yes to install IOS61 and no everything works as expected.
Now to download the extra tracks for Beatles Rock Band.
You can set the Wii Connect24 on, the setting is next to the internet one.
Keep the Wii Connect 24 off when originally doing the bannerbomb.
You can leave it on after that, I do.
If you are concerned about on line updates, you can set a hack in priiloader to prevent this from accidentally happening.
