Read the post above yours. You need the Wad file that is linked. Put it in the root of your SD card. Run the installer cIOS38 Rev 17, select IOS36 to install with, then "install from SD card". If you get 1035 or 2011 error, go back and do step 3 and 4 again.
    Damn I suck!!!!

You get that error because you are not doing steps 3-4-5 correctly.

    c) On the same fakesign installation. Load IOS36 and select Restore IOS15. Each time it asks, select 'Download from NUS'
If you are using the offline install you need to select "Install from wad" instead of "download from NUS". I suggest starting at step 3 (read and follow the instructions)....if any step does not complete correctly then you are doing something wrong. IF Step 3 completes succsefully....then do step 4,5. If not report back.
    Damn I suck!!!!

So steps 3 and 4 were successful then?

Backup and Full format SD to Fat32. Extract CB2_BB2_Cios38-r17-installer.rar to SD Root.

Copy IOS38-64-v3867.wad to the WAD folder AND the Root of your SD.

SD in Wii--Power on - click the SD Icon on Wii menu - Load boot.elf/dol - cIOS38 Rev 17 Installer starts.

Follow the instructions like normal. Use IOS36 for installation. Select "Install from Wad" when it asks.

    EDIT:
everything that needed stub was stubbed
You are supposed to DELETE the STUBBED IOS...you know that right?

Did you see the EDIT in my post? It sounds to me like you have not even deleted the IOS stubs for 250, 249, 223, and 223. (Step 4)
    Damn I suck!!!!

Black screen when trying to load from USB Loader

    Hi there,

I completed this guide yesterday and did not have any problems in installing all necessary steps. Now, I formatted my USB drive and put some games on it via the WBFS manager. The drive is recognized by the USB Loader and I can see the titles on the screen. But when I choose any and press "A" for loading - the screen just becomes black and nothing happens.

What am I doing wrong here?

Thanks for any kind of assistance...
