cios 38 rev 17 Try downloading rev 17 and place it in the apps folder.
I have to get some sleep, gotta work in the morning. If you are not using a true SanDisk, try to pick one up. It may be the sd card.

Try re-installing the 249.wad from wad manager, then run the cios38 installer again. I'll check back in the morning. I cannot think of what else it could be at the moment.

Alright, thanks for the help again.
I'm going to call it a day.

    Off Topic:
The next 3 days are gonna be busy as hell for me, I'll be sure to make time for all this again.
I honestly really do appreciate the time you are willing to spend in order to help someone you have never met or gotten to know very well, as you've said before, "this is a different community from other forums." and you are one of the perfect examples of this. I've received help from 4 people already in a short amount of time, you, narse ,neoteg, and razorsedge0316. I really find this place to be an amazing site that offers help. Thanks once again, haha the more I thank the faster it loses its value. I will seek a way to provide more than "thankyou's"
    Good night sir.

    Good morning,

The error that you are getting for some reason point to this
    4100:
Title Identification Error When using DVDs, most likely bad burn or media. As for wads, most likely an incorrectly injected wad (.dol and rom injections).

    Q. I injected the .dol/rom the same way I do all my injections. What am I doing wrong?
    A. You'll need to make sure the account you're using has all permissions. If you're running Vista, you may want to right click on the program and click run as administrator as well.
As floorguy says try a different sd full sandisk and also remove any disc from the wii drive.

For installing Cios rev 17 you can use this guide by Ithian http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-...installer.html

Well check the firmware before you start by going to the wii setting menu and will be in the top right hand corner. You can try a kingston should be ok, its just bootmii is funny with what card it uses, just give it ago
