I have the same issue... Tutorial goes to the step 3 and then we don't have the same options to choose... Will tutorial be updated?

It seems to me that DOP-Mii v12 doesn't have this option. Are there any other apps to do this with? Alternatively, What am I doing wrong that DOP-Mii won't allow me to remove stubbed IOS's?
EDIT: The tutorial (it may have been recently updated, but either way) says to use AnyTitleDeleter. That should fix this whole mess.

I had the exact same problem. Hopefully it's updated soon. I just donated 10USD to hopefully help the cause along!

Thanks for updating the Guide. I've found a couple of things that need updating. Apart from that the guide worked 100%. Thanks so much~!
Step 7 has issues. It is missing two things, that would be really good to add to the guide.
1. The guide states that upon installing Priiloader your Wii it should automatically start. My Wii did not. When searching this forum I was informed I had to turn off my Wii and hold down reset while pushing the power button to boot into the Priiloader menu.
1. It does not tell you to copy a hacks.ini to the root of your SD card. Otherwise you restart your Wii into Priiloader and get "Cannot find hacks.ini"

how do i do step #6 using DOP-Mii v12 (no clue what do here)
a)Load up homebrew, then load up DOP-Mii. Load IOS36 or IOS249, browse for the IOS, Navigate to IOS53, press A to install and say yes for Sig Hash Check (Trucha Bug). Do the same for IOS55. Next press home to return to homebrew channel.
i dont see any Sig Hash Check

hi great tut worked no problem at all and easy to follow got all the extras installed too. usb loaders etc. can now play my divx xvid from my usb sick great quality saves on disks fantastic thanks you.
i do have one small problem when you remove the stubbed ios,s mine removed others apart from the ones in the tut my wii works great everything fine i know it wont play dvd- as it is a new 4.2e system with the drive that stops this. not to worry a nice big usb hard drive will sort that.
my problem is when on the wii menu if i go to say any channel and then you can scroll along them when i get to the last one going right i get a system corrupt files error go all the way left and no problem everything else is fine.could this be the removed stubs that i mentioned earlier.
i have backed up my nand but dont have boo2 available so don't want to risk back to default.as all works apart from that error.
i have preloader installed works great. safety in mind
i have downloaded the system RVL-WiiSystemmenu-v482.wad removed preloader and reinstalled the system RVL-WiiSystemmenu-v482.wad then reinstalled preloader once more
all works but still this system corrupt error any ideas on how to fix this would be great full.
