Well, my power/reset/eject buttons still work as it's supposed to be, and it can't navigate the BootMii menu. And I don't have a Gamecube controller. Is there any other way? Or how do I enable my power/reset/eject buttons to navigate the BootMii menu?

'sides that, THANK YOU FOR THE GUIDE! I'm still trying...
Try using the latest version of hackmii to install bootmii. If it still doesn't work, you need to buy a GC controller.

    CIOS222 Frreeze

I have followed the instruction to the T.
    Starting off with 4.2U

Everything works except for CIOS222 step where I use the ICOS222Installer under IOS249 to install IOS202, 222, and 223.. this step I get freezes.

I do have internet so I don't know what's going on.

    What do i do now?

Probably means you didn't follow the steps correctly (even if you perceived that you have in fact). Does wad manager default to using IOS 249 when you load it?

Generally-speaking, a full SD card of 2gb is required (no microsd in adapter, nor sdhc). I've used a 1gb card (just enough for the softmod as the NAND backup will eat slightly over half of it). You could always post your SysCheck as described here in a reply to this thread.

A lot of SD cards aren't 100% compatible with homebrew. Besides, you can't use an SD card that is over 2GB, and a NAND backup is mandatory. Go to Walmart (or any video game store) and buy an official Nintendo 2GB Sandisk card for roughly $10. They have full compatibility with all homebrew apps, including bootmii.
