You need to format the drive to WBFS and transfer the ISO with WBFS manager. Click the "USB HDD Guide" link in my signature.
    Damn I suck!!!!

Have now successfully completed the hack up to part D.

I just want to run backups from USB HDD using Wiiflow, so do I just copy the wiiflowR27.dol to the USBLoader folder?

Also, I have decided that I will use Linux in a Virtual Environment to use WBFS. What version of Linux would be best or does it matter?

thanks so much Krank.. I got it to work.. Now, I have another question.. I install USb loader but is not on active screen.. My SD must be in and install it everytime to play the game. How do I install the usb loader so is on the active screen or in the HOmebrew channel?

No problem, Click the thanks button if you want to thank anyone.

I don't know what you mean by the "active screen" Do you mean the Wii Menu where all of the channels are? If so then you can do it two ways. By installing the USB Loader GX CHANNEL wad, which will put a USB loader GX channel on your wii menu. Or you can put the correct files on your SD card and install a FORWARDER channel which will also put a channel on your wii menu but it will look for the SD card and load from that.
To load it from homebrew you just need the correct files on your SD card in the APPS folder.(the folder with boot.dol goes in the apps folder).

When installing the GX CHANNEL (first option) you don't need the SD card in.

You can get everything you need for GX here. Or wiibrew.org, or you can search wiihacks.
    Damn I suck!!!!

Yes, your SD dard should be formatted as FAT32. The information is located just 4 lines above the line reading Part A "The only extra that you will need is an SD card (I reckon you all have one by now) formatted as FAT32."

A regular 2GB SD, not SDHC and not a mini or micro gives the best results at getting through the softmod process.
