Not sure what the problem is, the sensor bar hasn't' been changed or anything.

Also, I plugged in a different modded Wii and the sensor is working fine. So it must be something that happened along the way that was changed? Anyone have any ideas that could possibly fix this?

    Thanks!
try going into wii tools and try adjusting the sensor bar

“usb loader gx needs unstubbed cIOS 222 v4 or 249 v9+” (HELP!)

    Hi!

I bought a wii past December and I strictly followed the Full hacking guide for 4.2 system menus.

A few days ago, a friend of mine made the mistake of updating my wii….

Now, when I try to launch USB Loader appears the following message: “usb loader gx needs unstubbed cIOS 222 v4 or 249 v9+”.

To solve this I followed once again the Full Hacking guide for 4.2 system menus but when trying to make step D (when I try to load usb loader gx) it always appears the same error message.

Anyone knows how to fix it?

Thank you a lot. Have a nice weekend!

I did try that as well. Helped some, but there is still something wrong. Not sure what it is, weird. Didn't happen on my wii, only my brother in laws.

Thumbs up Re: Full hacking guide for 4.2 system menus!!!!

Good job for this amazing guide! The first 1000 tries, I could never seem to get Priiloader working, but when I saw the 'Hold down the 'B' button to make it select IOS249,' it worked like a charm!

Had no problems at all. I have a Wii 4.2U system, and everything worked.
I used the pack that Dogeggs made to uninstall IOS249 stub, and then I used the first pack to install it, which worked perfectly.

Gotten Priiloader to work easily, after seeing the 'Hold down the 'B' button.'

Also installed the IOS222 and others.

Can't wait to once again use the USB channel and NeoGamma!

    Kudos!

Tried that as well. I can plug in my different Wii w/ all the same connections and controllers and it works fine The pointer on the menu just disappears w/ his wii after mod.

Hm it seems it cannot read the wii HDD even tough it's in the list of supported harddisks..?

When I start USB Loader, it shows a black screen with multiple lines saying:
"IOS 236 not found, reloading into 36
You have issues with a slow disk, or a difficult disk
" and a lot more text
Followed by a short flicker of what I could barely make out to be Waiting for your slow USB device and a restart to the wii menu shortly after that..

    Any suggestions?

Could it be because I have a black 4.2E Wii?
