To uninstall the HBC just go back to step one where you installed HBC, then select uninstall HBC. Done.

Yup I modded my cousins 4.2 wii with this.

By any chance is there a way to use wads from the sd card menu? It says failed to run. I figure there isnt but who knows.

B5)Wadmanager should start.(On ios select, select ios36, or try a few, 249, 250 dunno,we are scratching our heads with this)!!

Does anyone know why I don't see an option on my system to change/select the IOS on this step? This has me stumped! Thanks!

    Couple issues

So i saw that if you downloaded the ISO you needed a gamecube controller. Does it matter if its hard wired or wireless? I picked up a rocketfish wireless controller and it doesnt seem to work.

I'm new to all this so please bear with me.

I think its the bootmii that I open in HBC, the wiimote doesnt work nor my wireless gamecube controller. Whenever I open the WAD manager and try it asks me what to mount it to. I tried the SD card first, system just freezes and my wiimote no longer wants to sync to the wii. Maybe I'm just a complete noob. anyone know of a stellar user guide for the wad manager? I searched high and low on google but got nothing.

Seems to me that any of the programs i downloaded hate the wiimote or freezes the system in general.

I'm having the same issue with my virgin Wii 4.2, I get to the Cios install page, I am able to choose between 249, 250 ect... but when I press A to continue, the wii controller becomes unresponsive and I get stuck on this page. Any suggestions???

    With this part..

"Those who were able to install bootmi as boot2 SHOULD BACKUP THEIR NAND RIGHT AWAY!!! If bootmii was isntalled as ios, then you dont need this step, although you can make one just in case. Mind that you will need a Gamecube controller tho if bootmii was an ios"

My Bootmii is installed as IOS and i dont have the original GC cntroller. Can i use the wii classic controller instead?

I installed USB launcher as a channel.

If the SD card is there, backup games run from USB.

If there is no SD card, the USB launcher gives error?

Well, I've got exactly the same "issue" (posted on a previous page of this thread). Maybe it's normal and u have to have SD card inserted for playing games from USB...

We still need your reply - is there any chance to have all needed files for loading games from usb directly in usb HDD without having SD card inserted?
