    Got the wad manager working, when I'm trying to install the wad, i'm getting error (ret = -2011).

    try selecting some other ios. 202 222 223 249 250 are your options, or 36 if you had cioscorp. other than that, you are out of luck

    249 and it worked which is strange as I definately had cioscorp!!! but great none the less thank yuo for the help.

    I unfortunately upgraded a wii to 4.2 before it had anything done to it...I have successfully got the homebrew channel working...

    However, I just want to confirm, as of right now there is no way to play backed up games correct?

    there is a way at the bottom but it is still experimental

    2)Place the SD card in the wii, start HBC and press home ar the main HBC screen.
    When I start HBC nothing comes up on my screen does bootmi have to be in an apps folder?

    press home. you need to have bootmii isntalled

    I have bootmi installed as a boot2 not IOS do I need to change that?

    So I can't load it by hitting home, right?

    I also can't restart to get to bootmi because the .dol takes priority and loads first.
    hmmm....
