I'm looking for an answer to this as well... I (think) the MIOS patcher worked just fine (I just tried re-patching mios today) but the gc backup loader freaks out... I'm assuming because it can't find the new DVDx...

edit: japodac maybe the reason neogamma can't load backup dvds is that it also is looking for the old dvdx... I haven't tried loading a game with it yet, but I'll try now and prolly get the same results you did :\

Wii 4.2 Help
I'm new so forgive me if what i ask is ridiculously obvious...First Off THANK YOU! I've had my wii about 10months but really just now using it..I decided to set it up for wireless internet and i added the wii shop channel as well as the internet channel..i was freakin safe till i did all of this (including that wii 24 business) anyway with all of my foolishness will the hacking guide work for me? are there extra precautions i should take before i begin? THANK YOU oh yeah when formatting my sd card to the recommended fat32 should i change any of the other funtions there? or just choose fat32 and click format?

Just follow the guide, it should work for you. And just a normal re-format will be fine. (tbh i didn't even have to reformat, just make sure the card is FAT32, and that if the guide says ONLY certain files should be on the SD card for this step, make sure only those files are
one thing though, I believe the bootmii installer included in the guide is outdated, you should grab it from bootmii.org (which should have been linked to anyway, tisk tisk :P )
