no i think it's a problem with your ARC settings (conflicting regions with store and system) or file , probably the file if you say you got a few errors (although some are normal depending on what region) and if you changed the region with regionfrii just load it up like any other PAL disc , wait , that's why , you need an ntsc version and you have a ntsc converted to PAL , try hairyballsagna's computer app for your PAL disc just google it i forget the name just search hairyballsagna rock band dlc. also check into your ARC stuff , you don't want to corrupt because of conflicting files

sorry i'm verry noob at this
i have hairyballsagna's rock band dlc tools, it is the one with the ios37 patcher, wad installer and 3 wad files right?
also, how do i change the arc settings? do you think I should try the game without first running it through regionfrii to convert from ntsc to pal? and you also mentioned a 'file'. which file?
regarding the wii shop stuff, I can't even access my wii shop channel, let alone delete my account.
I've played around with it again and now I've definately downgraded to 3.2E. I reburnt my rb2 backup and now should be NTSC version, not PAL. Next I ran the installshopIOS51. If I leave my shop region as the original 65 (australia) I have access to the rb2 music store. If I change it to 49 the rb2 music store says that it is 'unable to connect to the internet'.
I think the next step for me now is to delete my account in my wii shop channel and then change my shop region to US, but even after installshopIOS51 I can't access the shop channel. It briefly shows the flickering black and white squares then returns me to the menu.
edit: problem solved had to use installshopiso61 to get the shop up and running again. after that I deleted my shop account and followed the instructions. problem solved and dlc fully available now. thanks.

Reason: resolved problem
sorry i was kinda confusing with instructions , by file i meant a new ARC app , thought some parts of your app may have corrupted , glad you got it
hopefully there's going to be an unlock for Beatles Rock Band as well
Does anyone know why I can no longer use the RB2 DLC Manager?
I've been using RawkSD and the DLC Manager for months now with no issues - it has been awesome!!! Recently, however, whenever I try to add DLC to my sd card with the DLC Manager and play RB2 I get an error message telling me that "the data is corrupt and that the sd card function is being disabled."
If I format my sd card, redownload a track from the Music Store, and just use RawkSD to load some "customs" RB2 updates the add-on content and enables the sd card function and then everything works again. I've never had any problems with any of my archived DLC or the DLC Manager until now - does anyone think that using HarryBallsagna's dlc hack to re-decrypt and re-pack the original server files might help?

Is there any other way to store the songs?
Probably a dumb question, but I searched and didn't find an answer. I understand how to get all the songs downloaded and working from an SD card. Pretty basic.
My question is:
Is there a way to store the songs on a USB or on the wii memory itself (if there's enough room), or on an external hard drive or something. maybe something involving a USB loader?
I only ask because swapping out songs or needing to go buy an SD card with a ton of space is an inconvenience. Also dumb to have to restart the game just to get extra songs that are on other discs.
I'd like to have all the songs that have been released available to me while the game is running like it is on the Xbox or Ps3 when they are purchased. It makes for better playlists.
Is this possible yet?
sry if this has been discussed already.
how do i do this if i have a PAL wii and PAL disk?
I sent you a PM
